I would rate this place higher if it weren't for the god forsaken bathroom. It's bad. I mean really really bad. Every single time I come to The W Nail Bar to get my nails done I try my absolute hardest to avoid the bathroom because it is sick... worse than a gas station bathroom. Smells of urine, is FILTHY, nothing is stocked. God it smells soo bad I want to gag. Easton and Polaris are tolerable but this is way worse than those. Please beware that this bathroom is DSWS bathroom and not The W Nail Bar... avoid it if you can. EW!!! Please get it deep cleaned. Please please please. If only you guys could see the smell in here.

It's never been a time that I've walked into the store and they didn't have anything that I did not want. Before I can even ask a question about the products that they have, they were right on it and actually help me locate some of the shoes. I also enjoy the clearance rack and the different variations of shoes that they have. I love stilettos and they really have a big selection of those

My blue heaven! I LOOOVE DSW. Ok, my favorite is the back of the store. What can I say, I'm a bargain shopper. All good deals are in the back of the store. I bee-line past all the newest (not marked down) styles and head straight to the 8 1/2 row. So, most of what's back here is kind of dorky, and not really my style. But the cool thing about these shoes is that one's person's reject is another persons compliment. Back here, you could find lime green flats or a high heeled boot with silver studs. This is also the place to find end of the season leftovers. Now, you better not be caught dead wearing sandals in the winter, but if you have the storage space, it's a great new season treat for next year. Just choose a fairly conservative style. You know as well as I do that styles practically change every month. Pick the classics. The Sawmill DSW is my preference because it's connected to Filene's! How perfect is that? And to make it even better, you can take your items from both stores to the same register. They went ahead and thought of everything, didn't they?

This picture of this sign, and the fact that they did NOT have my size in stock at the store OR online, should say it all. And it's not like I'm a weird size. I'm a 10.5-11. The most normal size a man could be. So why is it ALWAYS a boat load of 8.5-9's as the only sizes they carry. Always. Without question. They never have the size I need. Perhaps double down on the more common sizes and cut back on the baby shoes DSW.

Not impressed with the quality of their shoes, but they provide good customer service for returns.

Unfortunately, the customer service was a completely different story. It's a very small boutique, yet we were never acknowledged--not a hello, not an offer to help, nothing. Meanwhile, the manager/owner appeared completely occupied with another woman who dominated the conversation at length about having so many clothing options that she couldn't decide what to wear to an upcoming event. We browsed for quite a while and were fully prepared to spend money, but after being completely ignored, we ultimately decided to leave. For a small boutique, the personal shopping experience should be part of what makes you want to shop there rather than online or at a larger retailer. The merchandise at Ladybird was lovely, but unfortunately the lack of even basic acknowledgment made us feel as though our business simply wasn't important. Such a shame, because we really wanted to love this store.

Outstanding experience, start to finish (hehe)…read more I've been in need of new running shoes for a while now and after briefly looking around Columbus before the pandemic kicked off, I ended up deciding to just stop in here to get the job done. Located right off High St. in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Short North, CRC is a haven for anyone that enjoys running, walking, or heck, even skipping. From a Brooks sponsored treadmill for testing out shoes, to accessories and great, quality brands, I find it would be very difficult to walk out of here not able to get what you're looking for. Additionally, the customer service was the absolute best you can ask for. Safety precautions were set in place (staff in masks, social distancing, etc.), my running needs were addressed, and fabulous recommendations were made. I've been a fan of Brooks for a while now, but haven't ran in them my entire life. When I arrived I planned on just getting a newer version of what I already had. Instead I walked out with something totally different and more appropriate for my needs as a runner. To add icing on the cake, the brand I went with offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If ultimately it doesn't work out, I'm confident I'll be able to go back and find something that will.

In one of the pics I saw a little beehive Christmas ornament so thought I would go check it out (my mom is bee anything crazy). I wasn't sure where the GPS was taking me but once I saw the beatiful mural on the side, I knew where I was heading. Really friendly staff and some really cute gifts here. I was promptly greeted when I came in and was offered some coffee or water. I had to pass as it was a quick stop but I really liked the vide here. The shop had a bit of everything including clothing, candles, jewelry, and all sorts of gifts including some gorgeous drinking glasses. Definitely worth browsing just to check it all out. Overall, it looked like the general price point is on the higher end but nothing too outrageous for a boutique shop. I did find the ornament I saw in the picture but I know my mom already has the same one, or one that could pass off as its twin anyway. So many cute gifts and would totally visit again even though I didn't find something this trip. I really had to resist buying something just to buy it (holidays and all) but they have so much cute stuff.

Super friendly and knowledge staffs.  Also, there is ample parking outside of the store.
