This is a pretty big Nike store that is two stories high. They have a wide selection of men and women's sneakers and shoes to choose from. I bought my fiancee her zoom x plus to match with me, but unfortunately they didn't have my size in all whites. They did have woman's size in all whites so we got her a pair and ended up ordering mine online from finish line because Nike online order was sold out as well for the all white zoom x's. Very friendly staff and some will go above and beyond for their customers. One employee let my fiancee try on her size and when I pointed out some dirt stains, he did clean the stains out for us. He apologized about not having another pair in her size. We will come back if we are ever in the area again. We will definitely recommend this place to others! read more

Nike fan over here! Came in recently to buy some sneakers that are needed because my current ones are banged up. This store is located at the beginning of Lincoln Road. They are open and following social distancing/covid guidelines, all employees were wearing masks. I was a little disappointed with the selection of sneakers especially for women. The men had better selections but they did not have my size available. All their clothes and accessories were super dope though but since I only came for sneakers, I left empty handed. This is perhaps the worst run shop along Lincoln road- the staff is lazy - lacks training - and I do not believe the really care about the brand. First of all, the fedex delivery truck , parked on the pedestrian walking area , not allowing people to walk safely and been forced to walk on the street , this is particularly dangerous when walking with kids and strollers. I actually asked the manager on duty as to why he would accept delivery knowing that te fedex truck was not only park illegally , but also putting in danger the lives of so many people , and he lough and walked away. I really have no complaints other than the fact that if you come here you have to find/ pay for parking by the hour, and it can be a little expensive, so keep that in mind. This store is convenient with a city parking lot behind it, their entrance door is limited to one on lincoln road, this b and m store doesn't carry most models that appear online, it's limited to medium quality shoes. I came looking for sneaker that would last minimum 100 miles. Ines I was sold sales person said - 300 miles. Nonsense. When I tried them they fit and looked good. Wearing them 1-3 times they didn't hold up. I returned them and a credit issued which is roaming somewhere. Otherwise it's a convenient and efficient store. read more

Finally found the right ones with the right price! $120 is the price the shoes says but when I got pay it's $150. Spoke to manager Joel (not professional at all). But here is something somebody has yet to explain to me: it used to be that all the mannikins resembled people who were in amazing shape because Nike is a life-style brand promoting a healthy lifestyle and sells athletic sportswear. Now you see several chubby female manikins in the store. My best guess is, they are doing this as not to offend girls who don't have an amazing body and might be a little overweight. It seems like the majority of Nike stores nationwide are outlets which is pretty much my impression of the brand now...dated merchandise, last season, etc. This store is not that and carries first run merchandise. I need Nike Miami to get it together... like any retail store I suppose you'll have employees who really don't want to be there so, you can expect customer service to be lacking. Upon arriving to this store I wasn't greeted...but any who I navigated my way around the store until zip located what I was looking for, the Nike Legendary power High rise pants...while scanning the rack I don't see my size. It initially took me a second to find an associate, when I do, the associate, Deon, is too involved in his text message to acknowledge me, until I ask him if he heard my question, he looks up briefly to respond. After I suppose he finishes whatever he's writing he pretends like he has attended to my request and in passing says someone will bring them out...Well I stand around twiddling my thumbs for 10 mins before I decide to just approach another associate name Aryanna, she rocked unfortunately they did not have the size I was looking for in Stock. Mean while when Aryanna, was attending to me...I spot Deon and he is still on his phone, however sees me and attempts to pretend as if he were actually searching for the pants I requested. But I dismiss him because he was only trying to save face... No greeter at the door and as I walked upstairs there were about 7-8 Nike employees just talking to each other, sitting down and giving no service to the customers at the store shopping. The pay stations are at your leisure and very convenient. Whether it's cash, credit or both. The employees are very helpful and they make sure you are attended.
