The Nike store is located in the Desert Ridge shopping plaza. A few sales going on including one big sale of shoes with a 40% off sales tag. I do have a weakness for shoes so always look there. I actually just changed brands of athletic shoe. I like a more cushioned inside now and many the Nikes tend to be flatter inside. No harm in looking. Shared parking lot. read more

This store has the best shoe discount on the wall. They are discounted plus an additional 40% off. I obviously bought me a pair of shoes. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Did an online order and pickup; as the location was pretty close. Not sure if this is a full line store, an outlet or both, as most of the merch was on some level of discount. The selection was minimal and location is much smaller than other stores I have visited. Overall Nike quality is solid and the selection was just "ok". I would not go out of my way to come here. The issue is the lack of customer service and overall attitude. As I mentioned, I was picking up an order and walked over to the pick up window. Looked around and the cashier yelled out" Why are you standing there?". Well the sign says "Order pickup". She responded with " Well there is no one there, come here". Which I did, the attitude continued with her asking for order info. Again, issue are not the questions, but the tone and attitude that came with the q's. Showed her the barcode, she scanned, she walked over to get my stuff from the ORDER PICKUP area and handed it to me. Why she couldn't just walk over there to begin with: who knows... The attitude and lack of customer service and appreciation is why people (like me) prefer to just order online. So when the stores close and associates are out of jobs, it's not the economy, it's YOU! Management needs to do a better job training and supervising staff. Back when I was in retail banking, our bank would employ "mystery" shoppers to visit branches and test service. Report feedback immediately after visit, but dropping off a feedback card in the night drop. This allows for corrective action and improve service. read more

Came here this morning for a free outdoor fitness class. This store opened in September and is a "unite" concept store. That means it is focused on community -- partnerships with local studios, images of local community in the store and focus a on womens clothes (ladies and plus sized). Great selection of clothes and shoes! The manager and staff were all friendly, helpful and masked. Thanks for keeping us safe! This is my first visit since December of 2021. My Experience was a "Wow". My front end Associate Angelina was Super Knowledgeable about the inventory of Tee Shirts. Angelina who is studying P Psychology as her Major was both Perceptive and delivered Extraordinary Customer Service. We connected and when she had to go on brake ; she came to the men's Shoe Section to assure me , my merchandise was left with my name on it Jackson , my Shoe Guru ; was well versed about his inventory ! When I described the pair of shoes I found Best fit me; he located the New Style same foot bed and mesh. I can wear my old pair purchased in December 7-8 hours daily without and burning sensation. We talked about his desire to be a Sports Marketing Wiz or who knows a Sports Agent? He is going into his third Year at Grand Canyon University. The associates are well trained by Laura the Store Manager who I introduced myself to earlier. Take the time and visit this store They offer discounts and special promotions each months. The Nike flagship store that was in The Quarter in North Scottsdale was something to behold. A beautiful work of art showcasing one of North America's truly icon brands. This is not that store. Not even close. I'm thinking those clowns that ran Payless shoes into bankruptcy and then nearly did the same thing to PetSmart must have all convinced Nike to let them nosedive the brand into a freshly plowed field. This literally feels like a Payless shoe store. There is little ambiance, sterile racks with the familiar orange Nike shoes boxes taking up 40% of the store and the rest is your basic spinner racks of Nike apparel at full price. I can hear the conversation at Corporate now, hell, lets just do it. It feels like an outlet experience but hey, you get to pay full price. read more

I got a great deal on a pair of gym training shoes that were on clearance and had a 30% additional discount. My friend and I were enjoying ourselves in the store and the team were super helpful. Additionally the staff were really looking out for us as it turned out there was a suspicious man taking photos and filming me throughout the store. I really value this as I would have not stepped up my vigilance otherwise. I am unsure if this man which I did notice walking down the same aisle as me as I was walking through the store was taking photos for himself or marking me. Either way I realized later that the staff were keeping an eye on the situation which deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you! read more

We came by to do a return and Brynn was very helpful. She was on the phone trying to connect and fix something that was a mixed up by another employee. She was on the phone for about 15-20 min. The "manager" Jennifer came up to us very rudely and told us that if we tried returning online to finish it online and they couldn't help us. The problem is that we never started a return online.
