They have the BEST notification process, all computerized to let you know you have an appt or they've called in a prescription. If you need pain mgmt call Dr Henry! Everyone in his office is so kind. I made that abundantly clear, yet they wouldn't see me without a urine drug test. That's fine, since I have no concerns there. So they send it out to an outside, out-of-state lab that charges almost$1000 dollars for the test??!!!!! Yep, people, seems a little shady to me too. I had already decided to pass on the procedure due to the fact that I felt very uncomfortable with the whole staff at the facility but this certainly tops the cake!! This is a definite NO THANK YOU!

When I came in, I was greeted, I felt welcomed, and in my conversation about my back with the massage therapist out front, the chiropractor came out and talked to me as well. My wife had bought me a gift of Groupon for a massage here recently and it was very easy (online) to schedule an appointment. Due to previous experience with Groupon, I expected to wait months for an appointment. I had an email from the massage therapist and felt welcomed even before I walked through the door. I have hardly any experience getting a massage so I was not sure what to expect. I appreciated the fact that Sarah (my massage therapist) asked me questions to find out where my pain was and tailored my massage experience to my answers. It was just the right amount of pressure because she asked me near the beginning if that's what worked for me. I was there for a 50 minute massage and although I did not fall asleep, it was very relaxing. I felt like taking a nap when she told me our time was done and I could take my time getting up. I could see going back and I don't think it'll be another 7 years before I have another massage. So relaxing, and with this experience, so worth the price.

On my long and arduous journey of recovery, I've suffered from various conditions including IBSD, spinal issues, slipped discs, neuropathies and fibromyalgia. His adjustments and nutritional advice are definitely helping me feel better and within a few weeks I already feel more hopeful. More than anything else, the reason I would recommend Dr.Luke is not just because he's a really great doctor, but out of the maybe close to a 100 doctors I've seen in my 28 years, I've never met a doctor more personable or caring than he. I cannot emphasize enough how important that is to a person dealing with chronic pain and/or disability. So, if you want a doctor that is skilled, compassionate and really listens, he's your best bet. I actually look forward to my appointments. Going to the doctor's doesn't seem like a stressful, miserable experience. I always leave feeling both physically and emotionally better! I've also had massages with Sarah and Becky. Both of them are very professional, amicable and do a great job. The rooms are immaculate. The whole staff is super friendly and it really feels like you're a part of a family there. It's affordable and even the massage packages and prices are some of the best I've found anywhere so I definitely recommend!

I see Dr Popp upstairs for my hand. His office is there as well as one of the nicest hand PT clinics that I have been to. Ive been to OSU, OrthoNeuro and one near Polaris... this by far is the better that I have been to. Doctor Popp examined my hand. Gave me a cortisone shot in my thumbs knuckle/joint. Warned me it would hurt. It hurt but not as bad as I thought it would. Later that night my thumb started to feel much better. In two days it felt better than it had felt in two years. While at this appointment he sent me to the hand therapists. There I met Cheryl who made me a custom brace. Let me tell you. That was worth its price. I have been to OSU 2xs for this injury. Each time OSU fit me with the wrong brace. The brace OSU last gave me injured my thumb even more just putting it on. This new brace! Wow. My thumb doesn't hurt in it. It rests it in the appropriate position while the hard shell protects it from accidental bumps I highly recommend Dr Pott at Orthopedic One for thumb injuries.

My…read moreDr. Was Dr. Katta and I need to say that he has been an amazing doctor and I have absolutely no issues with him at all. He has always taken very good care. My issue is with the management. Within the last month or so (with no prior warning) they have closed their doors due to mismanagement. Staff was not getting paid, rental furniture was getting ready to be picked up by the rental company for no payment. We did originally receive a letter discussing to announce the closure and I received a voicemail last week saying my Oct 17 appointment was canceled and two months of meds would be called in. This has not happened yet. We all have had to scramble to find new coverage. My chief complaint is I was scheduled for surgery today and my acute pain issues have always been covered by my doc at Prime MD. Over the past three weeks I have left multiple messages asking for coverage and I have not received a return call. I had pretty extensive surgery today and I am now home with no breakthrough meds for the acute pain. Needless to say, I am miserable in pain and absolutely feel abandoned. This is inhumane. I just wanted to put this out there about the management of Prime MD. Congratulations on taking a very profitable practice and running it straight into the ground. Very impressive feat! I have been in the medical field for almost 30 years and I have never seen that accomplished is such a short time. Again, the doctors and staff are amazing and need to be recognized for putting up with horrific management for as long as they did. They care about patients and I wish them well.

The fact that the two I have had care for my vision are empathetic as well as thoroughly skilled is just beyond amazing luck. On the day of your appt charge your phone or bring something to occupy yourself. There can be a lot of waiting... this is normal! Why???
