I just received a bill of $876.78 for collagen bandages that I was totally unaware the cost of. I would have said no. They arrived without my knowledge and thought it was included in my surgery. The leg pumps (which I paid $230) for only worked 9 out of the 14 days I was to wear them. I definitely recommend Dr Morris and other Drs at JIS, but this is something they need to address.

I have foot drop on my right foot from a fall about 2.5 years ago. My orthotic had rubbed, and my neuropathy prevented me from realizing how bad it was. The doctors said they were going to have to amputate the foot. I wanted Dr. Feibel to look at it. Not only did he say it didn't need to be amputated , but he could help with the drop foot by lengthening the Achilles Tendon and I would walk more normally again. The wound is now completely healed, and it was down to the bones and tendons. I am now walking almost normally with no aid of a cane or other device. I am doing PT and will continue for a couple more months. Dr Feibel saved my foot. He is kind and comforting. His staff is amazing! They go above and beyond what I would have expected. I saw one of their neurologists today to help figure out why my eyes keep blurring out and having shadowed double vision. If you need a doctor like this be prepared to wait for the appointment. Fiften years ago there were only maybe a dozen to twenty eye neurologists in the USA. There are more now but not that many... so the fact that we have three on staff here is incredibly fortunate. The fact that the two I have had care for my vision are empathetic as well as thoroughly skilled is just beyond amazing luck. On the day of your appt charge your phone or bring something to occupy yourself. There can be a lot of waiting... this is normal! Why??? Their patients all have complex issues and the doctors will take as much time to thoroughly try to solve each one. One by one.... That can back up the flow. Just realize when its you in that room... they will give you 100% of their attention. They will come in fully prepared (meaning they have read your chart thoroughly prior to seeing you) and will ask you as many questions to get to the root of the problem and you will leave with an action plan and answers. Its productive. You are in good hands here.

Facility: This location has all kinds of therapy equipment, cardio machines, anti-gravity treadmill, plate loaded stretch machines, exam tables, artificial turf area, and all kinds of miscellaneous tools for therapy. Staff: When first walking inside, the front desk staff greet customers by name. All physical therapists seem very friendly. I was assigned to Kennedy and Chloe, who were both awesome. Overall: I would definitely come back here in the future for injuries. First floor is the surgery center and the second floor is physical therapy.

When this OSU building was constructed two of my doctors from different locations started seeing…read morepatients at this practice/building. Formerly, they were in Gahanna and downtown New Albany. Where they still have offices in Gahanna I primarily come here now. I see Dr Anthony (podiatry) and Dr Albrecta.(sports medicine) My sons both see Dr Jonesco.(orthopedics) we have had nothing but excellent experiences with each mentioned doctor and highly recommend. Today I was in for an on going achilles issue that Dr Albrechta is managing very well. I was in about a month ago where he prescribed a brace, PT and a topical. Im that patient that of course didnt fully follow doctors orders with continuing to use that medicine, so obviously.... Im back- as it still hurts. Not the doctors fault.... Totally mine. I did use the brace he recommended and diligently did PT, so it has improved considerably- but now I realize the importance of the medicine. So we are trying that for 6 weeks. Its healing better than I expected Fingers crossed this trend continues. Thanks doc! Highly recommend this practice!
