So I made an appointment online , through her instagram there was a link to set up appointment it was really easy. I couldn't wait to get them done!! Nikole reached out to me via text to explain where business was located. That was very helpful. Business is off of Sisk Road next to a daycare. There was plenty of parking. And it was fairly easy to find. Very cute place of business. There was a nice big comfy chair in the room where you can relax while she does her magic. Nikole was very friendly and easy to talk to . She took the time and explained different styles that she could do. And explained what the process was. And even showed me some photos of different looks. I chose to go with volume. Quite honestly, every time I talked about lash extensions with someone, they always referred me to Nikole. I messaged Nikole and explained my nerves about it, and what type of look I was going for. She was so friendly, she reassured me that none of the horror stories I heard were ever going to happen and explained so much to this newbie, it was great.... She set me up an appointment, & a few days prior to my appointment she sent me a text with directions to the location, and how to get to her salon from there. She even has a video on how to get through the business complex, from the parking lot to her salon front door! I can't even begin to explain how amazing that is. I have major anxiety about going new places, worrying about not being able to find them etc., so a directional video like that was really helpful. Once I got to my appointment, she greeted me in the lobby & showed me back to her salon. Her salon is so elegant & pretty, so much amazing natural light. It felt so welcoming. We talked for a few minutes more in depth about what look I was going for, I showed her my inspiration pictures which...I'm pretty sure I showed her 2 inspo pictures & they were both totally opposite. I could picture in my head what I wanted, but couldn't figure out how to put it into words lol. I don't know what lash superpowers she has, but I swear y'all it's like she reached straight into my brain & pulled out the look I wanted. I mean 100% exactly what I was looking for. I think even better than what I was looking for!!! She went to work on transforming my eyelashes & we talked for honestly probably the whole appointment. We had great conversation, she was so friendly. It really feels like I've known her forever, she just gives that vibe of total genuine friendship. While she's finishing up your lashes, she gives you a great, very informative crash course on lash care. I'm someone that likes an abundance of tips, tricks & information. I always have a million questions after, but she answered every single one of them in her instructions. She got me set up with a good cleanser & brush, and I was set. I was so shocked & almost in tears when she handed me the mirror after she finished working her magic. Seeing yourself with absolutely stunning lashes like that for the first time, it's a surreal feeling. I felt like a million bucks. I mean the amount of confidence I had after I looked in the mirror the first time should've been illegal hahah. Grade A certified bad-a$$ confidence. My 2nd to last appointment with Nikole, I asked her if she had done the colorful lashes. I'd seen some rainbow lashes & such on Instagram and was wanting some Barbie pink in mine! Next appointment I walk in and she's got Barbie pink lashes!!! I was so excited, and they look so fantastic. I'm so obsessed with them.
