What was most concerning was not just the policy itself, but how it was handled: - No prior notice of the change - Being told only after check-in - No accommodation offered, even for a long-time patient in good standing I later confirmed this is a corporate policy and no exceptions are made. Patients should be aware that even if you are willing and able to pay at the time of service, you may be denied care if you do not provide a card on file.
