I DO NOT recommend anyone to go with Dr Nikko for any surgery due to his unprofessionalism, bad business practices (cancellations, refund, billing) , very uncaring about the paitient, lack of respect. Where do i even begin... I went to Dr Nikko for a breast surgery. I had to cancel the surgery 1 day prior to surgery due to billing issues but mainly due to my health and safety . i did not feel safe having high blood pressue 2 days prior and having someone operate on something it was not their area of specialty (removal of breast intraductal papilloma).. After trying to cancel with his staff and his coordinator, which said needed to talk to Dr Nikko as I'd asked her to refund my credit card.. Dr Nikko called me the next day , being very angry, rude, disrespecful and unprofessional, not letting me talk, stating he was keeping a third of the total surgery fees even though I had told his rep about my blood pressured continued being high the day prior to surgery, even his own rep (surgery coordinator) had taken my blood pressure 2 days prior to surgery and was high, even after taking it multiple times, but dr Nikko continued stating He was keeping 1/3 of the surgery costs, due to spending time with me in consultations and having scheduled appt with his anesthesiologist, totally disregarding my health and safety.. I said would try to handle this issue with my credit card, he showed no concern at all, in fact said go to your credit card, awful, no concern about my health and safety and not admitting their fault on how all was being handled and inconsistencies, stating had changed my mind.. His staff play tactics and lack of billing transparency with the billing/cancellations/insurance/and inconsistencies on the billing statement they made me sign which that partiform was not explained to me. Regarding the total time spent, I'd consulted two/three times with him, one consultation somehow was charged to my insurance even though the consultation was for breast lift surgery, weird but ok. Then, 2 weeks after doing some research and consulting with other dr, i tried to cancel the surgery and called multiple times his office about 1.5 weeks prior to surgery, as I was told by methodist that papilloma removal should be removed by a breast surgeon specialist, and not by cosmetic doctors, but Dr Nikko somehow agreed to remove my breast intraductal papilloma at the time he would do the breast lift surgery. During one of the consultations, I asked him if he had ever removed breast intraductal paillomas before, he said there was not much to it and left it at that.. All along I felt very pressured by his staff whenever I would call his office and made an attempt to cancel the surgery. I talked about the cancellation with his front staff, the billing person, which would always said the surgical coordinator would need to call me... but sometimes i would not get a call and had to call her /text her multiple times asking for invoicing details and insurance and non insurance fees, but no success nothing was given to me. 2 days prior to surgery they had me come in to sign all the surgery paperwork, but again gave me NO copies, even though i asked... The surgery coordiantor spent ALOT of time on non billing items, and regarding billing/cancellations/refunds or things the customer should be made aware.... leaving me in the dark and pressured to sign stating it was all staandard Also noticed inconsistencies in the billing paper work, Noticed inconsistencies on the forms, When I asked her why the papilloma was not listed anywhere, nor the papilloma pathology I had requested which I kept asking needed to be done and asked several times, the rep refused to add it in, and told me to add it myself. too many red flags. No copies were given to me at all on all the stuff they had me sign, even though I asked multiple times for a copy of estimates including those covered or not covered by insurance, So many red flags and inconsistencies. later, the rep took my blood pressure and it was high as did not feel well and was very anxious since I felt pressured to sign forms, stating is all standard. Took it again and was still coming high (above normal range) even though I don't have history of high blood pressure till this point.. The following day his billing specialist called me to tell me figure on inusrance portion.. I asked her to email me copies but said would ask surgery coordinator to call me. I said I wanted to cancel the surgery as things were not adding up, and refused to provide me anything in writing or billing copies. I cancelled the surgery the day prior to surgery as I was not feeling well, I was worried about my high blood pressure and how i was feeling about the whole thing, allowing someone to operate on something i felt was not his specialty (breast papilloma ) and not being at the hospital in the event something went wrong regarding blood loss, or high blood pressure compliacations. read more

I rated this doctor in office before with a high star and valuable rating... However I am very displeased with my surgery and wasted almost $2000... I had neck lipo though which made a difference in the appearance of my double chin however after about seven months postoperative I was severely botched... I had wrinkles under my neck which made my skin sag and look like I had a neck of a 60-year-old woman in which I am not even 40... I really liked the people in the office but I have to be honest they are very disorganized. I spoke to the coordinator who knew I was flying from NY, and made it seem as if the coordinating would be no big deal however after booking my flight, it was. She rubbed me the wrong way and I should have cancelled then. The only reason I continued with the appointment is because this procedure had just started being the new Thing, and not many doctors were doing it. They also had me return to his other location which was a pain because I did not have transportation and I was departing same day of post opp apt. I wouldn't have complained and wrote a bad review but every time I tried to reach out to the office I got no reply... I did love my results in the beginning but again after seven months postop I was very botched and had to get a revision which my new surgeon did an amazing job! Wasted money! read more

I never recommend anyone come here to do breast augmentation or breast lift or any kind of surgery. He was horrible about it. I went there last year to get a breast lift & breast augmentation at the same time. He charged me $11,000 total. I have to come back 2 days after surgery day because one of my breast was not stop bleeding. Then i have to come back 2 months later to take 1 implant out because my wound was open & it couldn't be close. He also charged me another $3000 to put that one implant back whenever my wound is healed. But i did trust a wrong doctor. This time my breast are uneven. I talked to him about it, he said time will make it fall down but it was not. He made me to come back again few months later to take both breast out & put them back one more time. Also it was not free. There was another $2500. But guess what he took both my implants out but didn't put them back in without telling me anything until i got home & i feel weird about my breast. So when i took off my tape and saw there's no implant at all, I called him & asked he just said my body didn't tolerate the implants. Why doesn't he tell me that at the beginning, he aslo said he took his time to remove my scar tissue. But why he charged me for implants and now he said that. I went through total 4 surgery within a year with almost $17,000 to get nothing & all scar on my body. I was so disappointed & upset for a whole time i've been with him. I would say he's just a dermatologist not really a surgeon. If you don't want to have a situation like me don't ever let him touch your body. Please stay away from him. BE AWARE read more

The office was beautiful, and the staff was very nice. However, I booked my appointment to see Dr Nikko at 11:30 AM, the gentleman before me also had an 11:30 AM appointment, so I was not seen until 12:15. When I was seen, I was seen by their physician assistant, who was very kind and welcoming, but not by the doctor because he was out of town. Everyone again was very nice, but I paid and waited 45 min to see the physician assistant, vs seeing the doctor which I originally thought I was paying for. read more

I went there for some dermatology issues ( eczema/cyst) dr nikko seemed very disinterested to even hear me. He just said put lotion on like I already don't . I've never met a doctor like that . Maybe I wasn't a big plastic surgery procedure for him so it was not worth a lot of money for him . I was amazed at how beautiful this place was . I had to ask if I was in the right place. Not only is the place awesome so are the beautiful ladies behind the receptionist. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed . I did not see Dr Nikko but his assistant was able to see me. She was just as beautiful and so patient while I explained to her my condition. She did not rush me like other Dr but she actually listen to me. She then gave me some samples to try on my face and when I ask her if she could inject me with a steroid she did not hesitate. The next day I was almost completely heal . My rash and redness were gone and I actually was able to sleep . I will definitely recommend Dr Nikko office to elk my family and friends. I absolutely loved my experience here! I would recommend Dr. Nikko to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I visited for a breast augmentation consultation about 2 months ago and as soon as I walked in the door Dr. Nikko and his staff treated me like family not like I was just a number they were extremely nice, helpful and answered any and every question I had. Stephanie(office manager) and Samah helped through the consultation process and made me feel very comfortable and assured me I'm in good hands and everything would be fine. Dr. Nikko is very knowledgeable and professional he is completely honest with you during the consultation and let's you know what exactly needs to be done and why. Vannica is the nurse here and she is awesome! So nice and informative she let me know all I needed to know for my pre op appointment and my follow ups like what to expect, what to do etc. After my surgery that same night Dr. Nikki called to check if all was well, and that says a lot because from what I've heard researching other surgeons they don't call or leave you their number to call after hours if something is wrong, they either won't call at all or have someone from the staff call, but like I said this place treats you like family and actually cares about how you're doing ...all in all I'm sooooo glad I choose Dr. Nikko for my cosmetic procedure my incisions are healing beautifully! some of the scars are healing so well they are barely visible and it's only been 4 weeks! They have great scar creams to prevent scaring..What I love is how you get 7 free visits after surgery to follow up and make sure you're doing ok and everything is fine during the whole healing process. I had made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Nikko back in Nov 2019 in hope that he could help give me a more youthful look. My cheeks was starting to sag a little bit, the lines around my mouth and between my brows were getting deeper and my eyes were a little droopy at the end of my brows and I was getting the turkey neck. Came in to a beautiful office, and a very friendly staff. During my visit I told him about my concerns and if he was able to help me achieve my request without going under the knife. He assured me that it could all be done with fillers and my lines will be softer, cheeks lifted and I would have a more defined jaw line. So $5000 later n a couple of follow up appointments and I still have not seen anything different. My last follow up appointment with him, he took a current picture of my face with a really bright light so that you can not see anything on my face but my eyes and tried to show me the before & after results. Which you can not make out anything at all. And asked me what were my concerns. I told him everything is still the same. On my last visit with him, Dr. Nikko stated that he will use another 2 syringe at no extra cost to help with the areas I was concerned with. This time I came in to have Dr. Nikko tell me that it will cost me an extra $1000 for 1 syringe filler. I sat in the chair speechless and in shocked that the Doctor I once had the upmost respect for had gone back on his words and I realized that I was just a number to him and all that matter was $$. Dr. Nikko then said " I could take off $100 for you and that's the best I could do!" Seriously Dr. Nikko!! I just paid $5000 for nothing and now you're trying to scam another $1000 out of me!! He told me that I had "heavy tissue" (wth does that even mean) That's why the fillers did not work and there's nothing else he could do to help me. Why didn't you tell me that before I spent $5000 in your office. That's when he went ahead and said he'll do this one on the house for me. Please avoid this doctor! I went in for breast augmentation and came out of surgery with lopsided breasts. When I consulted Dr. Nikko, he said that I would have to pay for the surgery again for him to go back and fix it. I went to another doctor and it was found that the implant was not placed properly. I found out later that Dr. Nikko has hundreds of complaints against him and is being investigated. Avoid this doctor at all costs! read more

I believe most doctors wants to see there patients after surgery within a week. But Dr Nikko saw my wife after six months. And she complain about her breast. Something wrong it wasn't right.
