I went for a tummy tuck and came out looking like I'm 8 months pregnant. Was told I had visceral fat and needed to lose weight for my tummy to have better results. If the doctor had any doubt that my results would be negative, I would have rather he not take my $27,000. A year later, I still look 8 months pregnant but it has taken a toll on my overall life duties. Like putting on socks and underwear has been a feat as well as being able to wear any pants that have buttons. My clothes went up a size instead of down and my body is visibly deformed where you can see where certain areas were not liposuction. After April (three months after surgery) I never heard back from them. As for staff, everyone was super nice and I was always treated with dignity and respect. But I really wish Dr. Newall never operated on me. I felt insecure and body dysmorphia at the highest level-- and now I feel worse and depressed and with the knowledge that this is how I'm going to look like for awhile until I can gather "fix me" money to correct everything. I'm on a very strict diet and have lost 18 lbs which is visible everywhere except on my stomach. If there was such a thing as a time machine, I would have rather paid for a Lap Band surgery for $14,000 (without insurance) than throw away $27,000 to look worse. read more

Beware!!! UNEVEN TUMMY TUCK!!!! He gets 1 star for not cutting me in a zig zag & for my belly button being "ok." I think it's slightly off because it doesn't line up with the button of my pants. My problem with my surgery is that my left side is puffier than the right side from DAY ONE. Now, when I had my consult he said I didn't need lipo. I had a lot of loose skin. I went to my 1 week follow up, I addressed the puffy side & he said "oh that's because you did get lipo." Hmmm ok, you said I didn't need lipo. Also, my upper belly sticks out and he said "that's how your abdominal cavity is." He just looks at me and says "everything is fine." "You look great." I go back for my 6 month follow up and again he says "everything is fine." "You look great." I said what about this puffy patch on my left side, again he says "it's because I didn't get lipo." He then says we can suction it out but it really won't make a difference. I went for my yearly follow up end of Sept. I'm telling him about all the things wrong. I am constantly getting bloated everyday towards the end of the day. I eat healthy, I don't drink alcohol and I exercise 5 times a week. He tells me the bloating is from my abdominal muscles being sown tight that eating causes it to expand. I could MAYBE believe that if I ate bad or overate but I DO NOT! I bring up the puffy left side AGAIN because at my 6 month appt he said we could suction it out. I'm thinking he will want to see what we could do to fix it but NO instead he now tells me that it's because I had so much stretch marks and I lost skin elasticity that he can't fix that. UMMMM excuse me??? WHAT?? How in the hell?? If that were the case then my right side would be exactly like my left side. MY RIGHT SIDE IS FLATTER. Why wouldn't he tell me during my consultation I had too many stretch marks and lost skin elasticity that he cannot fix that??? You know why?? because it's BS!!! He keeps brushing it of by saying "you look great." I asked him if I am ok because the bloating worries me. I don't know if something is going on inside internally. Again, he barely looks & touches me to say "you are fine," "you look great," "there is nothing wrong with you." How does he really know by barely looking & touching me?? I literally felt like crying. This man doesn't care. Literally less than 5 min to check me and hear me out. He booked out of there QUICK. BUT the new nurse (I forgot her name) she stayed in the room and was more concerned about me. She asked me way more questions than he did. I hope there isn't anything wrong with me. I never in a million years thought I would ever get this surgery because 1. I am scared & 2. money. I saved my money, my son, friends & family helped me pay for this. I am so upset that I am uneven. He can say it's because I didn't get lipo or because I had too many stretch marks & lost skin elasticity all he wants. But clearly he didn't cut enough off the left side and didn't pull down as tight as he did on the right side. I still have a lower pooch. I don't feel any different than before I did surgery. I thought all of it would be gone and it's not. He says I look GREAT but I find it funny that I don't see my case shown on Instagram or on his website showing what a GREAT job he did on me. Because clearly he didn't do his best. I think it's a blessing he didn't advise me to get the lipo because only God knows how that would have gone. Ladies PLEASE be very picky about who you choose to work on you. Even though he has GREAT reviews pay attention to the bad ones because I didn't. I thought "well his reviews are far greater than the bad ones." But IF something goes wrong, or you're unhappy about his work & feel something is off this is the reaction you will get. His bed side manner is TERRIBLE. A "GOOD" plastic surgeon should want to fix his mistakes and make sure his patient is healthy & happy. In 1994 Dr Newall did what we thought would be a routine breast reduction. The surgery ended up being over 4 hours long! Both breast had hundreds of precancerous (stage 0) tumors, 2000ml removed. The lobules were under my arms all the way into my back and Dr Newall carefully, skillfully followed the ducts removing everything from my back to the nipple. I went from a heavy G cup to a small C cup. I really didn't want to go smaller than a D but taking all the suspect tissue gave me smaller breast and I'm glad for it! 25 years later and I still have perky breast with sensitive nipples. Thank you Dr Newall for potentially saving my life. I'm the only female in my family who didn't have breast cancer by the age of 60! read more

The staff is horrible. I've had two surgeries with Dr Newall and while his work is impeccable, his staff is absolutely NOT! I wanted a third surgery with him but I no longer live in Houston so I tried to get someone to call me back numerous times to schedule a consult and the procedure and they've completely ignored my request. I've emailed, several times, I've left messages on voicemail and NO ONE returned the call or answered my emails. So I scheduled with a Dr in Scottsdale whom was referred to me by a girlfriend. You'd think Dr Newall would welcome three-peat patients but wow, his staff says otherwise. I went to college in Houston, I still know a lot of people in Houston but I'll start referring people away from Newalls office from now on. read more

Dr. Newall did a breast augmentation on my sister and hers turned out amazing! She recommended him for my breast augmentation and I am so VERY pleased! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Every person I spoke to at the office was so sweet! The surgery staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Newall is so very nice and professional. My husband and I asked a million questions and they answered them all. I will be visiting the spa to get some Botox & fillers in a few months. He corrected a botch job from Dr. Nikko. He not only did an amazing job, but fast forward a year now and my scars are almost gone from breast lift and removal of implants. I have Lipo last year and German Newall perform my surgery on my arms and if I tell you he did a awful job. I would not recommend nobody to this guy! I paid him 7k and he spent 1 hour only doing a jacked up service. My arms are so flabby now it's sadden me. I travled to Cali Colombia S.A. last week and Dr. Yobanka did wonders not only did she fix my flabby arms she also did look on my back. I'm so happy now. The greY think about this is she spoke no English and I speak no spanish, but she could see what needed to be done to fix the horrible job German Newall Did! And she only charged me 4k.
