Just picked up messages from Salon True (a day before my appt AND a day before the party) that they need a 'CONSULT' before an actual appt & that another appt for the actual color & cut would need to be scheduled. What the actual _ _ _ _? That's just wrong. AI should be fired. SO disappointed.

They are very hospitable and approachable. I love that they have an assistant to help them with their process. It is an all-day process primarily for me due to the styles I want ( Micro links & Hair Color). They all seem to love what they do and put a lot of passion into the end results. My stylist personally was Dash - she did my wedding hair and both of my hair dying & she recently made a wig for my mother. She DOES NOT MISS on any styles that I have asked for! (thanks girl). This is a family friendly and inexpensive place. They are stylist and provide the hair. My only peeve is when I went it was cold and they only have heaters so I sat with my jacket and gloves on for 6 hrs. I never used the bathroom so I don't know if it's clean or not. It do not stink. They talk a lot but it's okay. I wear my earphones. There is street parking, but be careful where you park as there is meters on woodland Ave. I usually park on the side up the street. It's safe, although the neighborhood is ruff, the police station is right across the street. They only take CASH! And they would like the money up front, so don't be offend if they request is before your done. They all can braid so don't worry I would recommend them. I got individual mid back this time... only $150!! I go with my hair washed already. They provide the hair... my braids and full and medium ( small to me lol) size!!
