I needed my roots touched-up, but my hairdresser was on maternity leave. While visiting my daughter in Pike Creek, I researched local salons, and was thrilled to find one open on a Sunday, especially one with a 4.9 rating, out of 175 reviews, and only 5 minutes away! Mayra, was nice enough to fit me in that day, but said I'd need to leave with it wet since they were so busy. Having incredibly curly hair, that wasn't a problem. I was impressed from the moment I walked in, starting with a genuine, happy greeting, how beautiful and clean the salon was, and the fact that Mayra, knew so much about the best products to use on my curly hair. She introduced me to the Olaplex product line which happens to be vegan - "Olaplex is 100% vegan, which means none of their products contain any animal-derived ingredients." I felt like I hit the jackpot, as I've been transforming from vegetarian to vegan, over the last month+. I explained that I have stubborn grays, and Mayra took special care, ensuring all was covered. I am finally getting around to writing a review for this salon. First, I love that every time I have been there, an owner was present, it shows me that they really care about their business. I don't like bringing my children along while I get services done; however, the few times that I did they were completely understanding and i think everyone stopped to say hi to my daughter and keep her busy for a moment or two. I love that my stylist listens to exactly what I want and then explains to me how we are going to get there! They are professional, knowledgeable and honest. They are always giving back and doing what they can for the community. But.I think one thing that really sold me on this salon was on a Friday I called at 2:30 and wanted to surprise my oldest daughter with getting her hair done for her first school dance- I figured what would it hurt to call and ask. I could tell they were busy but Tyaira heard the reason why I was calling and promised me she would make time and take care of her. I don't know what was more impressive, the fact that Tyaira stayed late on a Friday to take care of my daughter or that she made her feel so incredibly special and beautiful for her first dance! read more

This is the best team that you want for your wedding day hair and makeup! Jena, Liz, Ann and the team arrived early, were well prepared, and completed everyone on time. I couldn't be happier with how everything was handled. Jena did my hair and Liz did my make up. Jena's attention to detail cannot be overlooked. Every strand of hair was placed perfectly to create the flawless princess look I was going for. The hair stayed in all day and night without needing a touch up! Generally, I do my own make up but thought I would give the makeup trial a try. Before we were halfway through the trail I knew that I just had to have Liz do my makeup. She was so knowledgable about every aspect of makeup and was able to put together the perfect look by just describing what I wanted. After we were done she took down extensive notes to make sure she was well prepared for the day of. That really impressed me because it showed how much she cared. Another important quality of the team I want to mention is the personalities. They are able to make the process fun while also being supportive, positive, and calming. I can not speak for all the stylist at Salon Pasca. But my stylist Donna is very good!! She pampers you with an out of this world shampoo & rinse, which includes a head massage....No extra charge! Then back in the styling area. We have a mini consultation. So she understands exactly what I want that day!! When done, the color is right on, the cut and style are just what I wanted. I've been getting a haircut for 3 years at Salon Pasca. Thanks to Ann at Salon Pasca, I no longer walk-out looking like an aging version of myself after the Army gave me a buzz-cut at 19. Before being introduced to Salon Pasca, my hair got "almost" buzz-cut by a chain-store hair-cutting service. Salon Pasca rescued my hair! I look a whole lot better according to family and friends. Don't get me wrong, the stylist cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and I'm not going to mention her name on here. What shocked me was just for a HAIR CUT (No color, highlights, nothing) came to $60! At least I had the money but they are ripping you off. I went into their website to see that their pricing was based on experience (Junior Stylist, Premier Stylist etc.) I was a walk in, but how the hell am I supposed to know if they're a Junior Stylist, Premier Stylist, whatever and they don't even mention it? He took great care to make sure the color would look good on me, used the right strength of dye so as not to hurt my fine hair, and he was truly a joy to spend the morning with. My hair dresser recently retired and has been referring her clients to Salon Pasca. I have hair issues and don't trust everyone. Natasha, the owner, seemed very knowledgable and willing to help. There are private rooms. I got hair extensions, which took a long time, but it was worth it. I haven't had to think about my hair at all during this time of isolation due to COVID-19. It has been 3 years since my daughter's wedding and every time that I look at our pictures I hate this place more. My daughter, the bride, had a beautiful up-do that day but the maid of honor and I looked terrible! The owner of the shop did both the bride's and my hair. She rushed through mine and it looked like it does every day when I blow it out myself. I wanted curls and all I got was a straight boring blow out. With hot humid weather, I expected at least some professional help in maintaining my hair but I got nothing. As soon as I walked outside, my hair frizzed so bad that one of the bridesmaids had to do it for me at the hotel. I would very happily have paid a premium to look good for my own daughter's wedding. They had "free mother of the bride" policy because we paid for 8 bridesmaids plus the bride and her grandmother (who also re-did her hair after we left). The make up - even on the bride- was horrendous! In the pictures everyone looks like they have dark holes for eyes. No cheek definition. Just awful. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!! read more

The Salon was nice. I got very partial highlights, cut, half makeup; my daughter had a cut also. Beverly did a nice braid on my child since my stylist was behind time. I made my appointment with almost a month in advance (Sunday) and told the salon will be for picture day. They only assigned one stylist for both of us, and of course, time was not enough (3 hours). Mayra did the blow dry on my hair but I was not impressed. Then, she started the makeup, but we were really late. She did try her best I guess, but was not the quality of service expected for the total bill paid at the end (almost $300). No matter what, I tipped her since is fair. I am giving 3 stars for the poor planning in terms of assign a more experienced stylist, time management, and very unexpected total bill for the received services. Otherwise, the fact that they open on Sundays is a plus for anyone that needs hair services. read more

Best salon!!! I am BEYOND PICKY when it comes to hair stylists. I do not just want average level stylists doing my hair. I can assure you that every stylist here is amazing. From the time I was 12-20ish I went to Beverly. (I'm 22 now, but haven't recently seen her because I moved away. When I visit DE, I will definitely see Bev.) I had an appointment at Salon Pasca this past Saturday for the first time. I had been told about Salon Pasca from a previous co-worker, who had seen Beverly for her hair needs (I probably should've booked my appointment with her as well. Hindsight is 20/20). I browsed the Salon Pasca website and clicked through the different staff profiles. I chose to book my appointment with Jen. When I arrived on Saturday morning I wasn't greeted with a warm welcome from the girl at the front desk, but rather with what seemed like attitude. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so maybe she was having a bad day, but regardless she needs to remain professional and greet clients with a smile and not come across as being bothered. When Jen was ready to see me she did greet me with a smile and took me back to wash my hair. She also asked if I wanted anything to drink, which was nice. As she proceeded to cut my hair one of her other clients came in and her assistant started working on her. But all the while Jen and her client were chatting and honestly it was a little awkward for me. I also felt that Jen perhaps was rushing to get done with me so she could start on her other client. If that was the case, why would appointments be able to be booked so close to each other? I was in and out of the salon in 30 minutes. I have never spent such a short time at a salon before. I was not happy about the time and effort spent on me, especially for the price. I was charged $60 for what was basically and trim and some "layers" around the face. The website said $45+ for women's cut and blowdry. I didn't see anything extra done to merit the additional $15. As I paid the girl working at the front desk once again she seemed to have an attitude. The next day when I was styling my hair at home I realized my hair was not cut evenly. The left front side is longer than the right. And the "layering" around the face is hardly layering. It's a section on either side of my face cut shorter than the rest, and those were not cut even as well. And there's no blending or gradual angles flowing into the longest pieces. I feel Jen didn't listen to what I asked for, or if she did her idea of face-framing layers is much different than mine. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with my visit to Salon Pasca. I paid a ridiculous amount for basically a botched trim. Never again will I go to Salon Pasca and I wouldn't recommend it to friends either. Women go to salons to get pampered and to come out feeling beautiful, neither of which I felt. I felt rushed, unimportant, and somewhat judged. It was not a pleasant experience and a complete waste of money. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else going to Salon Pasca for the first time. read more

Very confusing setup and nothing in the salon is organized. I couldn't even set my purse at 1 station because I was moved 4 times during 1 appointment. Stylists have to share the same products and it took 20 minutes just to get a small product to put in my hair because another stylist was using it.
