A great experience with Nikos Transportation! I called a few businesses, and Nikos Transportation was by far the best in terms of customer service over the phone. I spoke with Uriel, the owner, and he was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions and maintained excellent communication leading up to the day of our event. We planned a wine-tasting day in Temecula before Christmas. We had a party of 8, and the van fit us perfectly with plenty of room. Both the exterior and interior of the van were very clean. The interior was especially impressive--beautiful leather seats, overhead lighting, two TV screens with a festive snowy Christmas background, Bluetooth accessibility, and more. Uriel also provided us with ice, sodas, and bottled waters. We were allowed to bring adult beverages and any snacks inside of the van which we did. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We rented the van for 12 hours. Pricing was affordable and very reasonable! We will definitely be calling Nikos Transportation again in the future. I wish I can leave more than 5 stars for Uriel. From the beginning of booking he had excellent communication throughout the process. The van was super clean and really nice. He made sure to be on time wherever he had to pick us up at. He's super friendly and such a gentleman he made all of us feel safe and comfortable as our driver.
