We hired backstage for a VERY special kindergarten fairytale ball. It was 7 moms and 7 boys.. we decided to surprise the boys with a limo ride! Working with Liza to coordinate and book everything was smooth. They communicated very often and clearly. We chose the infinity stretch for 14 The day of, I received updates when the limo was on the way - our driver unfortunately had a flat tire but still managed to get to us with only a slight delay. Our driver (Fernando) was in for a treat with 7 rambunctious kids but he was so patient and fun. He also took amazing group photos for us. Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out. In n out parking lots are not easy to navigate but he did it! Overall we had a BLAST and the boys made some core memories. Things to improve: Bluetooth / speaker needed an upgrade for sure! read more

He was on time, communicated with us the whole time during stops, he took group photos of the whole group at the end of the night and sent to me when the night finished. After l paid for my vehicle, the agent whose name was LONG, took me to the car & after my male Companion had gotten into the car, he told me that l needed to present him w my insurance info. I explained that my Dad has the info , as he lives in N.J. & is currently in the hospital for a stroke. He rudely & callously told me that unless l gave him the policy info he would not allow me to leave w the car..BUT , the solution is, purchase HIS, insurance @ 22.00 per day. Telling me l need to return the car, when the car is not over due & denying his actions, & then in the next breath telling me he will take what ever punishment Enterprise gives him, bc he hates the Company anyway. Then asking me why do l have a complaint filed againest him. Which of course l do., w cooperate. This was our first time using this company, and unfortunately, it will be our last. We rented a 25-person party bus for 10 people going to a wine tasting trip in Temecula. There were a few positives: our driver was prompt, kind, and accommodating. When we needed to extend our time, he was flexible (with additional charges, as expected). The pricing was fair and in line with the market, and they did provide some basic amenities like cups, ice, and napkins. However, the negatives far outweighed the positives. Every time we stepped onto the bus, there was a very strong smell of marijuana. This wasn't subtle--every single person in our group commented on it. I'm currently pregnant, and being in an enclosed space with that odor for extended periods was both concerning and uncomfortable. My husband even called the company right away to report it, and we were told the vehicle did not smell when it left their facility--essentially dismissing our concern entirely. Additionally, the air conditioning in the passenger area did not work at all. While it seemed functional in the driver's section, the back of the bus--where all of us were seated--was extremely hot, especially in 90-degree weather. Totally unacceptable for what should be a luxury experience. The condition of the vehicle was also underwhelming. The exterior appeared worn and poorly maintained, and the front area near the driver had a bunch of trash, which added to an overall poor impression. read more

Hired the dodge charger limo and it was sooooo fly. They arrived right on time and posted up at our next stop with us and drove people back who needed to go earlier before the 4 hours was up. They were very communicative every step of the way. They confirmed everything 2 days in advance, gave accurate and updated invoices with each payment. They provided the name and contact information of the driver well in advance. Once our driver Cedrick arrived he was a class act. He was professionally dressed, he was kind and respectful of the moms and all of our daughters screaming all of the words to the songs the whole way through at the absolute top of their lungs. When I called Cedrick to retrieve us from our restaurant, he was responsive and prompt. He drove safely, there was none of that hurkey jerky, agitated driving, or bumpy driving. He was awesome! Really disappointing experience. Hired to pick us up at Memorial Coliseum after football game. Here was their advice; "We recommend setting the pickup near the Coliseum's ride share or VIP pickup zone on Exposition Park Drive. It's the most accessible area and allows the chauffeur to get as close as possible to the entrance as well as ideal for elderly passengers who can't walk long distances." We chose VIP. An hour bf pickup Backstage contacted us to say our limo had a blowout and they were sending a substitute bus. During the football game I'm trying to make sure substitute has enough seats and will arrive on time. At the appointed time, no bus. We ended up walking almost 20 mins with two grandparents in their 80s bc the bus couldn't get anywhere near VIP. Never apologizing, offering a discount, or even showing sympathy, Backstage Limo closed the convo with, "We can't control what police decide to block off." Then don't recommend that lot. Frustrating. Would be a one star but we found the driver (who was very nice) and he got us home. read more

I asked how to reserve it and Liza said she would call me to get that done. When she called me, I was told that there was now a 6 hour minimum and the charge would be $300 more. I rented a party bus. The bus that was sent was not what was pictured and had seen much better days, it was in bad condition. You could tell from the outside before even getting in. The first thing I said to the driver after greeting him was "I am in shock...this is not what I expected." The driver responded with "Well, I don't know what you expected!?". Mind you I have my whole party there already and on a tight schedule to meet our plans/reservations for the night. I tried to call the service repeatedly to send another vehicle and the number would not work, it was as if they turned off the phones for the evening. There were a windows broken and swaying in the wind, the rooftop emergency exit was being held together with tape, it was dirty and did not have a pleasant smell. I ended up receiving a partial refund. I let Backstage know they should not ever send vehicles to customers in that condition. I was beyond mortified but still had to roll with it because everyone was here for our event and the service was not answering to send a replacement. ***Edit in response to Shannon J. below*** I don't know what you mean by clarifying anything that I wrote for "accuracy". 1. Video of one of the windows attached from one of my guests who thought it was a good idea to capture at least something. Unfortunately I didn't bother taking a photo of the rooftop or the other window. 2. The concern was NOT brought up during the trip. Why would I ever do that in the middle of transit with a whole group of people? If you would like a smooth/fun day with transportation DO NOT book here! Their drivers and dispatchers have poor communication. When the limo was running 30+min late for pick up, I had to be the one to reach out to know what was going on rather than being notified right away. While on the phone with the driver they became aggravated when asked basic questions, and they began to raise their voice as well as have a negative tone. Later that night, my party and I had another horrible experience with the driver Frank because he was asking what everyone's race was and continued making racist remarks and assumptions. He asked me why am I wearing a barong if I'm not Filipino. When we called a few days later about the horrible experience, we were met with defensiveness and resistance. We were given an excuse to every complaint we had rather than hearing us out and understanding. It wasn't until after an argument that the supervisor , Shannon, tried to be helpful. They promised terminating one of their drivers and compensating for the late pick up which they haven't done either of the two. It's been 2 weeks and there has been no follow up. They don't care about their clients or the quality of service they provide. This company is so bad and I don't want anyone else to have to go through the same experience. read more

I used them for my wedding a it was a very great experience. They picked us up from our hotel to the church twice for the girls and guys to go separately. They waited for the ceremony then dropped off the bride and groom to their photo shoot them dropping the rest of the party to the final venue. Then went back to pick up the bride and groom from their photo shoot and to the final destination of the reception venue. We had 5 stops and they got us to every spot without issues.
