I had read a few reviews and found it's pretty common to get crappy service from all Verizon stores in town. I can tell you we came in to buy a refurbished, and she got us quite a deal on a new Galaxy S21 with 5G. A rocket ship of a phone. Took a half hour, very nice and impressive work. It is everything I needed and more. The transfer of data from my old phone to this one was everything, including all the apps. How in the hell did she do that! Now, just few log-ins and it's like my old phone, only faster, triple the battery life, and still connects to my smart watch. Save your time and money and go see her. We are so glad she was there.
