Upon arrival, I seated myself and a waitress visited me with a menu and took my drink request. I went with a Coke. I've been on a gyro kick lately, so I requested a gyro wrap, which comes with potatoe chips. A few minutes later, my gyro was delivered. It had red onions, tatziki, and traditional gyro meat. After moving to Akron I finally found a sandwich shop. I try them before through Grubhub but I decided to check the physical store today and I was not disappointed. Just tried to go there. We walked in maybe five tables in there. It's a small place. Been there before food is usually very good. The server we had run us menus, and water. Then two other couples came in and sat down. She proceeded to take their orders before coming to us and when I said, excuse me, but we were here first she was argumentative and disrespectful! One of the best sandwich shops ever--you must stop in. I had the Capacola wrap, it includes Genoa salami, cucumber, jalapeño relish. I had to run an errand in the area on my lunch so I checked ubereats to see what was nearby. Found nikos and saw that they had a French dip in the menu which is a favorite of mine. Placed the online order around 12:15 and headed over. Since I was only about 5 minutes away I waited in my car for about 15 min before going in. The lady said it would be a little longer and that I could sit on the bench and wait. Well I waited, and waited some more. Couple other guys came in and were waiting as well but they eventually got their orders. I saw another to go order sitting on the counter but figured it wasn't mine since the girl didn't look at it or at me. I had already given my name at that point. After seeing the order just sitting up there while everyone walked by it, I finally got up to look at it and asked if that was an order for Cheryl. The lady said yes, it is, but you need to give us time to get to it, which didn't make sense since she had walked by it several times already. Overall, I waited inside for 35 minutes after waiting 15 minutes in my car, so 50 min to put some bland unseasoned beef on toasted bread and throw two different kinds of chips on top. Also, half of my chips were crumbs. The au jus sauce was the best thing I got. For $13 I expected a better sandwich too. The person made excuses about being busy, but wasn't apologetic about it in the least. Definitely won't order from here in the future. read more

This place is a hole in wall that I found with plenty of sitting. The employees were so kind, helpful, and definitely know their menu well. The menu is also vegetarian friendly. I got the Mediterranean Toast Panini and the falafel. The Mediterranean toast panini was really good and definitely worth a try. The falafel was a little dry, so make sure you get extra sauce. A walk in to order a Reuben Sandwich for take out. Quick service. Average kitchen time for prep. Got it home and that's when problems noted. Container had sandwich, cut in half, an unnoticed dill pickle buried under potato chips. When I went to eat the sandwich at home, noticed the following, didn't even see that they had included a pickle, about a quarter of the chips were uneatable, by being soggy, the bottom of the sandwich was also soggy. It appeared that they put a lot of wet sauerkraut on the sandwich. This soaked the bottom bread of the sandwich, and soaked some of the potato chips. The sandwich was very under grilled. The corned beef was not very uniformly put in the sandwich. I won't be back. read more
