Food was okay. Service was horrendous. We were going to get dessert, but never saw the waitress. She also never checked on us after bringing our food. I had to steal my moms water because the waitress kept ignoring us. I'll never go back here. Very disappointing the way they treat customers. Beau's Market and Deli is a wonderful place for so many different things! Their deli/market is filled with lots of fun, tasty foods and wines to choose from. The bar area is an excellent place to socialize, and their dining area is great for lunch or dinner. They also hold local events here often, such as smaller concerts and wine tastings. Kennedy, the manager, is always helpful, kind and on top of her game. The menu has a nice range of meals to choose from, and I have enjoyed what I have ordered every time I have been here. Today I got the Italian sub, and Beau's loaded baked potato soup and it was delightful! read more

I really want to like this place. I ordered a cup of soup, a Margherita flatbread and 2 glasses of wine. The flatbread took 30 minutes and had cheese and tomatoes, no basil. Our server must've forgot to put in my order. My bill was $42 for 2 glasses of wine, a cup of soup and a mediocre flatbread. I didn't say anything as I wanted to just get out of there. The wine should have been $1 off from what I was told since it was before 7. Each glass came out to $10,it says $9 on the wine menu or $26 for the bottle. I have had good food here and good service in the past, it must have been a fluke night. It wasn't overly busy either. Please just charge accordingly and please let customers know if you goofed up on their order and communicate. read more

A wonderful place. Met old friends here for lunch. Deli counter/general store side-sit down restaurant side. All accompanied by a large front porch with seating. You might think you're in Middlebury or Aspen or Martha's Vineyard or Taos. But you're not. You're in NE Ohio! The food was delicious (we did the restaurant side). I wished we'd more time so I could have done some gourmet shopping here, but that's for next time. The food is excellent. Pork chop is the best. The bartenders are too loud. Too much noise coming from behind the bar. The bartender coughed in her hand then brought me my drink and food. When emptying the trash the noise was deafening. A little class would go a long way. read more

The Poke Salad is outstanding. The best I've had in the area! Large bowl filled with the freshest veggies, fresh ahi tuna, perfectly seasoned seaweed salad, and dressing (on the side). I can't wait to go back and have it again. read more

OMG Awesome! So glad this place is open in Copley! Beau's Market & Deli recently opened so I went with a friend to check this place out. We were both very impressed! Loved the unique selection of food items in the market area. Bought some smoked goat cheese it's super good! The wine area is very nice, with plenty of wines to choose from. It's cozy too! Great place to relax for a while and drink some wine. The person working in the wine area was able to answer our questions. Like the selection of cheese here too. Would have bought some deli meats, but it's Ash Wednesday, so opted for a yummy tuna wrap. Cashier was helpful & friendly. Will be back here soon. read more

Been going to Beau's for lunch since they opened a couple years ago. Always enjoyed taking friends there especially friends from out of town. Although the food is still great, the service and wait time to get food has really declined. read more

The food is what you would expect from Beau's. It's convenient to run in for a cup of Pearl coffee, or shop the market for hard to find groceries. By far, the potato salad made in house is the best I've had yet. Grab a sandwich from the To Go case.The meat and cheese selection is great, as well as the wine selection. There's happy hour at the bar, and you can order food. The dining room is relaxing. Recently attended the Hungarian wine and food tasting, and I was very pleased with everything. Lunch, wine, deli without needing to go to Montrose, yes please. My colleague and I enjoyed lunch on a bustling Wednesday. I was glad to see the tables were full but we were seated quickly. Table service was a welcome addition as previous restaurant was walk up deli counter. My Italian sub was just as I imagined and served with chips and a pickle chunk. The deli is still in place and has a lot of unique items such as spreads, pickles, candies and wine. Stop in to grab lunch, some snacks or to replenish the deli tray or wine fridge. read more

Wanted to like this business. So went back several times hoping for a better experience. They just can't get it together. Bartender doesn't know how to make a drink. They say full service bar, but it really isn't. Staff disengaged and would really rather not have any customers. Food isn't consistent. Hope they get better, but they've been open a while now...so not sure. read more

Beyond happy this opened. They offer the best selection of Boars Head deli and have a great little market with premium items. The restaurant is so delicious. I've had the cauliflower crust pizza twice and love it. And the Greek salad with chicken once and can easily say it's my favorite salad anywhere. My husband and son have ordered subs, wraps & build your own sandwiches. They are huge and so amazing. I could go here everyday. read more

I hate to be too quick to complain. Beau's has just opened. I was really excited to try it. I was disappointed. I ordered two sandwiches. The total was $23.00. Neither sandwich was made with what was listed. Both were soggy and the bacon was not cooked well. I think $23 for two sandwiches is ok if it is done correctly. I have to say, that was far from the case. I am hoping it improves with time. Such a shame. read more

Absolutely terrible service, restaurant can not handle the amount of customers they receive. My party (4 people) waited an hour and a half for SANDWICHES, only to find out that the restaurant lost our order and they didn't even know what we had intended to order. We ended up leaving WITHOUT FOOD which I have never encountered in my life. I understand restaurants being short staffed/etc. but to accommodate parties ahead of us, not check in with us about where our food was/offer anything to get us by (we ended up buying snacks 45 mins in!!!) is absolutely ridiculous. Really wanted to love this place. The market is intriguing and has some unusual offerings. However, we sat at the small bar for dinner and had not a great experience. All but two seats there look unappealingly into the working kitchen and the staff seems a bit confused and not particularly engaged. I never go out to eat anymore and this is exactly why. I went to this establishment to meet a friend for lunch during our lunch breaks at work. We arrived at 12noon and sat for about 5 minutes before the waitress came over. Fine, not too bad. We then waited another 12 minutes to have her come take our order. We then waited while tables around us, who arrived after us were served. 3 other tables. Finally, at 12:45, we asked for our food to go. It took another 10 minutes for us to get our food to go. No apologies and no explanation as to why our food hadn't been brought out sooner. I also had to ask to have the dine-in cost (tax) removed which was annoying, but what was really annoying was when I got out to the car and looked at my food. I had ordered a $5 potato salad which was not in the order! I had to go back in and wait another few minutes while they tried to find my missing potato salad. The potato salad was so little, I asked the girl if this was the $5 potato salad? Yep. So, $19 and 1 hour later I was on my way back to work. Late. read more

This is a wonderful place! I went there for dinner last night for the first time since it opened and loved it. The menu is varied and I'm guessing everything is good. I had a Rueben sandwich which came with chips and a pickle chunk that was very good. The wine selection is awesome, something for everyone and very reasonably priced. I was a regular at Shisler's and I see many similarities between Shishler's and Beau's. The seating area is charming, the service excellent as provided by Angela and I can't wait to go back! I missed the Ben Haggy chocolates, an employee told us they tried to get them but there is a supply issue as is true of so many places these days. Hopefully in the future I can get some of those as I leave to go home:). read more
