I will say I do not leave reviews but NIKS Medical Spa absolutely deserved a review after my first visit! I had my first appointment with Stephanie a couple weeks ago and she is AMAZING!! From the second I walked in she was so warm and genuinely welcoming. As well as her sister Erica! Stephanie and I discussed what my concerns were and what I was looking to have done. She explained what she recommended and absolutely executed a natural full facial balancing for me. I have gone to another Med Spa before and they were great and kept things natural how I like it. But they weren't Stephanie. She noticed I small scar on my lower check bone that con-caved some and she made it disappear. She didn't need to do that but that small fix just made my complexion look so much better! She has an amazing eye for detail and made me feel and look so refreshed and so darn confident again!! I love coming to NIKS, the PA's-Erica and Steph are so knowledgable and take their time with you. You feel like you are their only priority as soon as you walk in the door. I appreciate the time they took explaining different options for my desired results. They did not push any procedure and it is clear they want their customers to feel good, and are not there to just squeeze every penny out of you-I have had med spa's in the past that just continue to "suggest" things that I did not even think I needed just to get more money and that was definitely not the case at Niks. I have never had better looking botox, they did a friends fillers and it looks so natural and youthful not overdone at all but wow does it make a huge difference in the "tired" look that happens as we get older! Their microdermabrasion is sooo good for the neck and face and leaves you glowy! I truly cannot recommend this med spa enough. So happy I found my new place, a bit of a drive for me (it is in Del Mar) but very worth it for the treatment you get. I had been interested in microneedling for months and was looking around for a provider I trusted. After coming across NIKS Medical Spa, I had a feeling they would be the perfect fit. I booked a free consultation with Stephanie, and she was kind, professional, and extremely informative. She took the time to listen to my concerns and address all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured to move forward with any services or treatments. Ultimately, I determined that microneedling was a good fit for me, and Stephanie was able to move forward with the treatment right then and there--no need to come back for another appointment.
