Since I am local, I opted to drop off and pick up my passport in Fremont instead of mailing it to them. After dropping off my passport to FreeChinaVisa on July 8, they dropped off my passport at the SF Consulate the next day. The Consulate's website notified me that my passport was ready to be picked up on July 14, and FreeChinaVisa picked it up the same morning. I was able to pick it up from FreeChinaVisa later that afternoon. It was a smooth process throughout!

She found us a super swanky all inclusive room and finagled us special decoration and welcome packages for honeymooners, all within our budget and on a tiny timeframe. Then a few days later right before I was going to pay, I called her up at 9pm on a Sunday (please don't be rude to her like me!) worried that the hotel wasn't quite right for us - we were going to Mexico and it felt a little too 'professional' for us, plus I was wondering if there was a way I could just walk right out and snorkel each day. Denise spent hours more with me that night helping me find the perfect spot and plans all over again, with no complaint whatsoever - she actually seemed excited! She really seems to love her job and genuinely enjoys learning about you as a person and matching you to the right trip. Then she even met me in the city where was convenient for me to take payment. We ended up at Club Med, which I had never thought of, which had snorkeling right off the resort - and walked out and snorkeled almost every day of our trip.
