He booked the wrong trip for my parents and almost sent them to another country!!!! Good thing we caught it early and were able to have it reversed. I had a very bad experience working with Yasin and his Tri city travel service. He is highly unprofessional and not well behaved. He left my kid at school and did not even inform me. This place would be the worst place to go if you want to enjoy your trip. They will literally screw up your entire vacation. I had to drive all the way back home with my wife and kids with all have luggage from the airport all the way home because they did not issue my tickets right. Go with Pamir Travel in Fremont or Cyrus Travel in San Francisco or any other travel agency. They had booked me for two separate flights on the same day so United systems could not verify me. When I went to Tri City Travel, they actually blamed me because I called them from the airport for them to clear things up. They will take your money with a smile and you are lucky to either go on your trip or lucky to even return. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I was lucky enough to be back home to speak with United management or else we all would have been stuck in a foreign country as they said all our flights have been canceled on the way back. On top of that, all our luggage was sent to the wrong airport but the airline caught it and quickly fixed it. I will write a complaint to the BBB about them because they should not even be in business as they do not know what they are doing. Do not trust them with your money or with your family. When I asked for a refund, the guy yelled at me, what money!?!?! Sounds very fishy and illegal what they are doing. When I sat in their office, I could hear other people yelling on the phone. Imagine how many people are stuck overseas because of them and no one on this side to bring them back Another reviewer on Google wrote they had to pay $2000 extra to return to the states. They preyed on the language barrier and use selected verbiage to withhold information. When asked why they withheld that the ticket was only valid for 6 months, they said they did not have to tell me to begin with. This company is a complete fraud. DO NOT GO TO THEM! read more

I am a customer of Tricity travel for tens of years. I havent had a chance to do international travel over 2020. This past year, I had to travel twice internationally. I wasnt even sure if Tricity is still in business. I decided to give them a try. My call was attended right away by Farnaz Appa. It was great to catch up with her. Tricity is not only around but thriving. Before I could hang up, I had my reservations in my inbox. As always, an excellent, timely and competitive service. My next travel was towards second half of 2021. As always, Farnaz appa helped out with ticket purchase. Two days before travel, my travel companions were tested positive with Covid. Called up Farnaz Appa, reservations were cancelled right away and refund request was placed in system, total of 2minutes. I remember summer of 2021, individuals had to spend hours with airline main numbers to make changes or get a refund. I always have a world class experience with Tricity Travel. What I have learned over the years of International Travel, that the Visa, passports and all the documents validity is consumers responsibility and it is always stipulated before consumer purchase the Airline tickets. It's easy to shift blame to others rather than take the responsibility about your own negligence. I have used Tri City Travel services over a decade for my personnel and Business Travel for my Company in the Bay area and found them very courteous , knowledgeable and very professional. Their prices are the best in the business. It is very unfortunate that some individual is not taking the responsibility for their negligence and tarnishing reputation for a reputed and trustworthy Travel service provider. read more

Please do not go to this place for any service,i paid a huge price to trust Tri city,and end up paying $600.penalty to Emirates for the wrong tickets issued by this agency,and they did not admit their fault instead blame on customers,they asked me to bring all the documents,passport and visa,but did not look at the documents carefully and issued tickets,at the air port with all luggage and after big line,airline cancelled my ticket because the the agent did not look at my visa properly and issued ticket on expires visa,when i called to this person he blamed on me...and i have to pay #600 to issue a new tickets for other time with new visa......its shame for Tri City.....I will never go with them again and recommend not to do any business with them,they have no experience or knowledge for travel agency....i might report to other agencies as well about my this experience.Please shop around and find some reliable people,also this agent was rude at the very end..... read more
