Very good choice for real Indian food. Always busy (a good sign) and busy with lots of Indian people (another good sign). They have both food and cakes. Kinda weird combination to me but the cakes are good too! Anyway, food IS a bit on the spicier side which, I think, is the way it is supposed to be, so if you are spice intolerant order the butter chicken or chicken tiki masala. Food might be good when you get right order/dish. In my last 5 order history 3 times they messed up. Even gave me once Chicken rice when I ordered Veg specially in Pooja days. Staff in general is very nice, good people but they dont take the order properly on phone and then mess up. Even tried to give me dish that was smelling. I just wanted to give one more try but I should not have wasted 30 minutes , wasted my money and I threw the food. When to another place close by. I dont want free food, give me clean, correct dish that is all I wanted. If they were to fix basic problems they will go for long haul. Chicken noodle channa masala, rice, and naan -- can't beat it! The pizzas are so-so but the veg pannini and samosas are winners. Have not tried the sweets. read more

Would not go again. I'm sure it use to be good but now it's fallen so far from grace that a 1 star is generous. I watch them take my order and stick it the microwave if that's how they make all of their stuff then i don't want any of it. Their prep station is right in the front which isn't so bad. The guy working was wearing gloves cool for him but what killed me was he didn't change gloves when getting my food so i have no clue on what he touched before hand. Avoid if you have an alternative. I was here with my family of 4 last night. Ordered 5 items at 08:31 PM. The first item was given to us at 08:46 PM The second item was given at 09:02 PM The Third item at 09:16 PM The fourth item at 09:20 PM When asked for the fifth item at 09:25 PM they looked zapped and eventually brought the fifth item at 09:35 PM. One of my family member who had ordered the fifth item had to wait one complete hour to finally eat what was ordered. When I spoke with person in-charge his convenient response was this how we serve. The food quality was ok for the price except the Naan. The dough was over fermented (Overkill of the yeast!) and tasted distinctly sour (The taste associated with food when it turns bad and is not refrigerated). The place is clean. Had there been a rating lower than the 1 star, I would have rated it accordingly because of the service and the attitude of the person in-charge. read more

We went to taste the food so that we could cater for an event. Loved the food at the restaurant. The initially said they normally don't deliver because they had an issue where they were stuck in traffic and customer was unhappy. But they said we can deliver at our place because it was very close. On the day of the event, we had asked them to be at our place by 7 pm. I called them at 7 since they were not there yet and he said that they were loading and leaving right now. I told they were supposed to deliver at 7 and then he immediately changes the story and told me they are already on the way. I had to call them atleast 5 times before they showed up with the food at 7:40 PM. Also, when we went to taste the food, we got freshly cooked butter nan. But the Nan they delivered was the kind you get in packets in the Indian store which would have been much cheaper. Food was still really good, but I don't think I will ever go there again. read more

Their workers are their biggest positive when it comes to the hardworking guys at the counter, at the kitchen or the guys at the chat corner. Great service!! But taste of the food is average and not that consistent. "Thalappa kattu" biriyani used to be great, but for the past few times, it didn't live up to its original taste. First couple of times food was OK. Then the quality went down gradually. Cleanliness in the kitchen is questionable. Last time I got naan with some kind of red color on it. Awful customer service. It took 2 minutes before someone asked me what I would like to order despite seeing my waiting at the counter. Then we waited literally an hour for our take out food in which we were not offered anything while we waited. The total order was for 3 orders of rice and 1 chicken dish. The explanation we got for the wait was that they had burnt the chicken and had to re-cook it. With 10 customers in the restaurant, your take out order sometimes could take more than 1 hr. Food taste is inconsistent. Catered food was bad and spoiled. They may feed you anything and when you complain, management doesn't even know how to apologize. I would never go again and never ever order food from this place. I wish I can give them a "NEGATIVE" rating. I was there with my family for dinner. I had my 5 years old daughter with us. I ordered pizza and few other stuff. After asking for the delivery over and over, we get only mircha bada to start with. It took 40 minutes!! After another 10 minutes, they served one more mircha bada which I didn't even order. So I asked for pizza since my daughter was very hungry and crying. Server said that we have not ordered pizza. We were on the verge of getting out of this "no service" place. So we had to order the pizza again and they were blaming us not to see the receipt. When he was taking the order, he mentioned Pizza. So I was suppose to see the receipt as well, it seems. Finally after 60 minutes wait, we had our dinner served. We ordered veg biriyani and they served veg fried rice. We order chat as well. And the chat took 60 minutes too. Is this a joke or what? I am not sure how long they will be in this business. In the mean time, I have seen atleast 3 other very dissatisfied families with their hungry and crying kids left the place. They waited for more than 30 minutes, got their money back and left. The bald guy in the front was not apologetic. He was more than rude. There were several people standing there for a long time and their orders were messed up too. I will never go there again. If you visit this place, be prepared to wait for long time with most unprofessional service and make sure to check your receipt with what he confirms during order. The food is not good as well.
