Don't be surprised if an agent or a rep hangs up on you. And, They don't call back. No one apologies about not notifying you about the long wait or after you wait that long- even if you're seen few hours after the set up time. They come up with reasons to say- basically your fault. Billing department- everyone plays 'I don't know that' game. I called about billing- no one calls back. And no one is at the desk. I also want to add my comments about the doctors/PA's who talked to me very rude but I only met one each. So I am hoping the others are not. The walls are thin!
