I walked into the salon literally no one there. I noticed that when a young lady walked in the nail tech began to rush doing my nails. When it came time to do the finish on my nails i.e polish design. The nail tech looks at me and says umm Im sorry I don't have time to do anything but polish your nails. Umm Im sorry what do you mean?!? Was my response. Needless to say I walked out with unfinished hands and heading to another salon to finish the job. I will never return here. read more

I wish I can give zero stars!!! TERRIBLE!!!! I don't know what has happened with these nail salons and their lack of professionalism and customer service! I see why it was empty on a Monday afternoon! I came in as a new client and asked for coffin style nails. I ended up with different lengths in nails and the shape was AWFUL! As a nail artist everybody has different shaped nail beds and fingers. I like my nails to look natural not thick on the sides. You can't do everyone's nails the same. So I mentioned to the girl that she made two nails way too skinny. All my nails were shaped different!!! I also mentioned how the powder was layed on my nails different. I asked if she can fix them. I even showed her a picture of my own hands with acrylic nails on for reference. It was another girl who sat in the pedicure share who wasn't welcoming. I tried to politely tell her the issue. If you're charging someone $60 for a full set with no design just plain set with gel color you should be able to help instead of looking at me like I'm crazy!!! Oh not to mention the $2 they charge for using your card! The girl also called someone and spoke in their language. I didn't understand the purpose of calling someone when it's two of you in the salon. This was a terrible experience! I really didn't appreciate being treated so poorly. EVERYTIME I would mention a problem it was like she was annoyed. This is my money that I work hard for. Instead of being annoyed by huffing and puffing be open to constructive feedback. These are my hands! I am paying to be serviced and I should be able to tell you if something isn't right or if something hurts. I have to walk around with a bad nail job! I was also cut multiple times and my fingers are sore! I will be reporting them to the BBB! I wasn't offered the 10% that they advertise for a bill over $50. I ended up going to another salon to payed to have these soaked off. My nails beds are sore and my natural are so sensitive to touch! The salon told me I have to wait at least a month before I can put acrylic nails or gel x back on. Just awful! You've been warned don't do it! read more

The ladies here are nice, but they are not transparent in their prices. You can get the exact same services on sixth street for $15 less. I went for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. The board says $30 for manicure and spa pedicure and $5 for gel coating. She charged me $45 for the services. They don't follow their board. Her excuse was that gel coating is just a clear polish and gel polish becomes normal price. They just make up their prices as they go. My friend got a full set with dip and pedicure, it cost her $80. don't get me wrong ppl are nice but i did not like the service at all...i don't understand how this place has a decent rating.. i got my toes done and the application was done so poorly... i was looking for a square shape sharpe toe look(most salons usually have done it beautifully) but when i asked the tech to file it more bc it was giving baby dinosaur toes it looked like a bubble and round... and there's so much acrylic stuck to my literal skin on bottom of toe nail..... like i've NEVER seen that and i told her but she tried to convince me it was normal and my nail would break if she filled it more & im not one to argue.... other techs have done it and my nail has never broke...wasn't going to leave a review but both my toes have been numb since i got my toes done here.... this never happened else where so please educate your techs bc this industry is so risky! especially if you're going to charge what you did then pls do a decent job. the job i paid for should've been worth $45 not $70 read more

Well Ken left! Not good. Went to get my daughter's nails done today and the new lady did a terrible job on my younger girl's fill. Not happy. At the Nail Loft now getting them fixed. Nails are thick and the prior color shows all around the nails. They are not even in length and have small lumps on top. Ugh. She tried to charge me $60. I paid $30. And have to pay again to get them fixed by a pro. When my daughter picked the color in front of me the lady should have said no it won't work. We had every intention of a new set when we got there. Since she didn't balk at the lighter color, we thought she knew how to do it correctly. After we were there an hour, which Ken does fills in 40-45 minutes, she asked if we wanted her to take them off. I said no, we don't have time for that. Went to Nail Loft and Mona fixed them beautifully with a pink color, thinned them out and polished them for $25. So Nina, your lady should have been able to do it right the first time if Mona could. No excuse for how thick they were so, not backing down from my 2 stars. read more

I did the gel full set (I'm picky with shapes, style and colors) and was super happy, having someone new do a full set kind of scared me lol she rocked! and also did an amazing job on THE EXTRA pedicure! I've been coming to this location for 15+ years and have adjusted to diff changes in owners and nail techs. I decided to give the new crew a shot, was open minded about it and was super happy with the treatment I received. I really wish I would have read the reviews first before I came here because I experienced the same thing as another customer with being overcharged. The board shows a spa mani/pedi at $30, but if you add any additional services, they will charge you full price for each. So instead of charging the additional $10 for gel (hands and feet) and the $5 callous remover, they charged full price for a gel manicure and gel/callus removal pedicure, totaling $59. The price should have been $45. I felt like the girl who did my nails was very unprofessional. She did not make me feel welcome; she acted like I was disturbing her by requesting their services. I noticed that in between clients, she has her nose buried in her phone with her feet up on the wall and window. On the flip side, the older lady who did my pedicure was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I will not give my business to a salon that is clearly more concerned about getting the most money out of their clients instead of providing a great customer experience. Girl, please don't waste your time, or money here. I have been here multiple times and my last time was yesterday! I went in for a gel manicure... which an appointment, and still managed to wait 45 minutes when there were two people before me... I'm not completely unreasonable about what times. I understand places get busy. What I am upset about it the fact that they are over charging and scamming customers! The menu for a basic manicure says $15, and for gel it is 5$ more. So how did my gel manicure suddenly become 24$?! Of course the girls could not justify it, even after I came them opportunities to fix it. So I definitely don't recommend this shady place to anyone. And the sad part is, I was so upset at the lady and her attitude about the situation, that I purposely did not tip, which I ALWAYS tip, even if a place did a bad job. So if she would have adjusted the price instead of ripping me off, she would have gotten a 6 dollars tip. But oh well. There loss. read more

As the other lady was doing my acrylic nails I asked her for shorter nails and she replies with "OMG" and starts speaking in her language with the other lady. This salon does a great set. The salon itself is no frills and pretty basic, but clean. They maybe have only one or two pedicure chairs but a whole bunch of nail stations. I came for a gel nails and the selection of colors was pretty varied and I love that they offer 3d nail art. They only do a few 3d art pieces: Hello Kitty, flowers, hearts and I think a few others. I chose a Hello Kitty, while it was not the best, it was still cute. My nail were a gradient of glitter and hot pink - so cute! Best part, for all of you who still rock the long nails, they didn't charge me extra for length! The technician was speedy, but her work is quality. She made small talk but for the most part, she concentrated on her work. It made for a relaxing experience, even with drilling. Came in here on a Saturday early afternoon after calling other nail salons who were all booked, I was glad when Nina nails said they weren't busy. I walked in the place looked clean & they only had 2 customers inside, they took me right away. I showed them what I wanted & they said they could do it. I wanted a silver tip glitter ombre, they said they could do a light pink acrylic & gel glitter on the tip, I said ok. ( it's my first time getting my nails done with acrylic & gel, I usually just do gel). I had Daow ( I think that's how her name is spelt) work on me, she was friendly & she knew what she was doing. She mentioned she has been working there for 10 years & I was glad to know she is very experienced. My nails came out perfect! This is going to become my new favorite salon to get a pedicure. I made a same day appointment and they were ready and expecting myself and a co-worker. Immediately they started prepping the water and having us seated. My technician was very attentive, friendly and made sure everything was comfortable. She gave me 2 "box covers" to choose colors off of and began. She was really thorough and took her time making sure she cleaned my toes and heels really well. (Extra callous removal is definitely worth it) The first color I picked did not look as nice as it did on my toes, so she had me pick multiple and tested them all on her finger nails till I got the one basically envisioned the first time. She made sure to clean the perimeter and left no polish on my skin anywhere. From start to finish this was a great experience. Everything was clean and inside was kept cool/fresh and smelt clean. 10/10 will return again. read more
