She was putting wax in the middle of my forehead and my eyebrows were not cleaned up at all and they looked completely different from one another. The technician made me feel extremely comfortable as it was my first time and she was very knowledgeable about the process and after care. Listen it's wax so it's gonna hurt somewhat, but I'm happy with the results and will be back for sure
