We've bought several shirts and mugs from here. Their shirts are very good quality and super soft. No surprise, they give military and first responders 10% off. We are huge Nine Line fans so it was a special treat to go to the store and especially in such a gorgeous historic location. The selection was plentiful and the staff was of course fantastic. I would expect nothing else from this fantastic veteran owned company. We purchased gifts and a little something for ourselves as well. Bonus at this location is that another veteran owned company Black Rifle coffee is right next door and in fact they are open to each other inside so you don't even have to leave. read more

My boyfriend loves going to this place to buy apparel and coffee. But customer service seems to be lacking. They don't greet you nor talk to you. They always seem like they have an attitude or don't wanna be there. If you don't wanna be there, then don't it's that simple. It's a nice store, but I think it represents the wrong idea of a free country. Definitely a "right wing" store. read more

Ordered a shirt as a gift 9/13/24. Paid expedited shipping, I received it today 10/3/24. That's 20 days from Georgia to Florida. When I called last week I was told 'you know, there's been a hurricane' which would been legit if the order hadn't been placed days and days before the storm. And to add insult to injury I was told it wasn't going to ship for a few more days; but it magically went out the same day. So that tells me they blew it, tried to blame Mother Nature and then shipped it. Used to be good company; no longer. read more

Shop here all the time as my boyfriend is stationed here and we love BRCC. Unfortunately I was chased out by an employee when I was leaving today (while I was carrying a baby) when we were shopping and accused of stealing in front of the entire store for absolutely no reason whatsoever. When I opened my purse to show the "manager" that absolutely nothing was it in she condescendingly smiled and said "okay you can go." I asked her what she thinks I stole and she said "I don't know." Theft is a major accusation that questions my integrity and it's something I do not take lightly, so for her to accuse me with no basis in front of everyone is outrageous. Sucks because we live in Savannah and buy our coffee at black rifle but won't be going back again. They have lost their values since opening the new store and have lost a lot of our friends stationed here as well. read more

Nine line is a brand I knew from online. When I came to Savannah I went to their main location. It was awesome. But this location on River street is amazing too! Seemed to have just as much merchandise. Super cool place by great people! The only reason it does not get 5 stars is the lack of customer service. They are fine at the counter. No help otherwise. Absolutely disgusted. Given that I am actively serving this country, I was naturally attracted to this store while visiting the Savannah Riverfront. Unfortunately, I wasn't greeted. At all. Meanwhile, Sara(h) engaged the only other two sets of shoppers in the store. Then, when I intentionally made eye contact with her, she still did not feel inclined to say "hello...welcome...may I help you to anything...?" She merely returned my look as I greeted her. So I perused on to the coffee shop side as I heard Sara(h) tell one of the other female shoppers that is where we can find more women's clothing. Great! However, Sydney/Sidney (whatever) glared at me from behind the coffee counter as she mustered up a half-smile (if you could even call it that). Then I asked, "You all don't speak in this store?" I was obviously offended by this point. She replied, "I CAN speak. Do you have a question?" LOL. "Not at all baby-girl. Just give me your name," I laughed to myself as I exited the store. People always want to jump to say, "Don't play the race card." But when it is clear that it is the only thing distinguishing you from everyone else, there is no question as to what it is and there is no other card to be played. I recommend that the owners of this store take the time to educate their ignorant and naive employees as to what the organizations that defend their freedom actually look like: ME and hundreds of thousands of other non-white Americans. After all, this store purports to be one that, "hope[s] to inspire unity and brotherhood among all Americans as patriots under our common flag." Actions speak louder than words. I don't seek special acknowledgement as a Black person, as a woman or as a Soldier. I just expect to be treated with the same dignity and respect as anyone else you encounter in your customer service capacity. Especially when I am actively out here defending your freedoms which you claim to be appreciative of when I am donning my uniform. I wouldn't spend my hard earned federal dollars in this establishment if it meant life or death. The employees' behaviors demonstrated that the company/store simply doesn't represent same values. I believe this shop is independently owned or franchised by someone other than the original Nine Line Savannah store owner. I say this because the experience is completely different and unwelcoming unlike my frequent visits to the original. I usually get outstanding service but this location is lacking and must not be vetting employees with the same standards. Very disappointed that this brand has gone downhill - was once very good. I'll stick to online ordering or driving the extra distance, it's worth it to be treated with respect. I don't see this store lasting very long in a military city. read more

Being in the military, I find it extremely annoying that this store has such bad customer service when the entire company was created by and based around military members and first responders. I can't go into the store without feeling like I'm being judged and watched continuously by the employees. They sit on their phones at the register and stare at you the whole time. It's also ridiculous that the employees open carry their pistols in the store. I understand the company and what they stand for but ITS AN APPAREL/COFFEE SHOP. Are they expecting a gun fight to break out? I wouldn't doubt it if civilian customers feel uncomfortable in the store. This location is embarrassing and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. read more

My first and last time visiting this store as I witnessed the manager accuse a woman of stealing today as she walked out then chuckle after realizing she did nothing wrong. Keep in mind she chased and yelled at the customer in front of at least 20 other shoppers like me, making the entire environment uncomfortable and hostile. Oh, she also ran up behind her while OPEN CARRYING A GUN while the customer was carrying her baby. Do all customers need to watch their back at this store so they won't get attacked and accused of theft? I'll order my coffee online from now. Avoid this establishment at all costs. My husband is a veteran and we live in the area and we've always heard about NineLine and their coffee company. We happened to be passing by the store and went in to take a peek. First of all, all of the businesses in the area have signs up about masks being required. I did not see any signs at this store, which made sense because when we walked in, the two employees we saw were not wearing masks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it's a large space and they were both very far away from us and no one else was in the building. We left immediately, however, when my husband noticed the young woman at the cash register in the clothing side of the establishment with her fingers in her mouth. Maybe she was picking something out of her teeth? Either way, the few items we did look at were overpriced and we weren't impressed. If they don't take minimum safety measures of wearing masks and keeping their fingers out of their mouths, then I don't feel confident that there's any kind of proper sanitization going on in the store.
