Very happy with my two purchases for our Bugaboo products. Bugaboo is a high end stroller and holds its resale value. We have the Chameleon 3 and the Runner and in all likelihood will be selling them in the next year. We needed the cup holder and later discovered that the Runner required separate purchases of the adapters to fasten the seat / bassinet. They have all of the Bugaboo optional accessories here and if not are able to order them. This store carries a lot of high end baby products from clothes, toys, strollers, car seats and may other things you might not have considered. Customer service was very good and attentive. If they seem a little eager it's probably because they are eager to help! It's not hard to say "I'm just browsing." When I called ahead to get my adapters they had them sitting on the register counter waiting for me even though I didn't ask them to hold it. Now that's a little extra service. read more

I love the Aventura location as it is very dynamic and all the ladies are very nice. When I come to Coral Gables, they never even acknowledge me even the store is always empty. There is a red hair lady that should learn how to make clients welcome and dont make people feel bad because they ask if they can gift wrap a purchase. On the other side, the young gentlemen is very attentive. I am a frequent customer and even though I am not famous I spent a lot of money here and this is just honest feedback. read more

I want to love this shop because they curate a good selection of high end baby items, but can only give them 2 stars for the poor customer service. My husband and I have been here many times since the beginning of my pregnancy, and I would say the number of times we've been offered help in the store is probably about 50/50. At times when they are busy with other customers, we have been totally ignored. Apart from the lack of customer service, however, the most absurd and maddening thing about this store is the return policy. BEWARE buyers! We once purchased an item and attempted to return it within 30 days to the store, unused. They refused to accept it and would not even issue a store credit because apparently the store policy is returns only accepted within 7 days!!! What busy mother/parent has time to come back within a week to return stuff consistently?! This seems to be a policy invented to inconvenience the store's patrons. Also, when we asked to be offered a courtesy store credit as it was our first time trying to return an item and were not aware of the stringent return policy, they refused to negotiate. As a boutique store and not a chain, I fail to see why offering a store credit would be any skin off their backs. The money is basically still spent, and they would get the unused product back on their shelves, AND a repeat customer. Now, instead, they have a pissed off customer who's leaving them poor Yelp reviews and swearing to never go back or refer any friends to the store. How do you like that, Nini and Loli? read more

Very expensive. We went here a little while ago and the prices are triple than most places. The store is well put together and has nice furniture/ strollers and clothing. If you live in coral gables and don't care about prices, this is a good place for you. read more

I registered here for my baby shower because I wanted to just have one place for my friends and family to buy cute clothes and baby supplies. I was a little nervous registering with a boutique I wasn't sure if they would be able to handle the shipping/returns etc. but this place really surpassed my expectations. Marcia in customer service is the absolute best and has made this the best experience ever!! She provides spreadsheets for me to let me know who got what. She calls me with updates on inventory and tracking info. she really goes above and beyond. I had such a wonderful experience not to mention they have the absolute cutest clothes!! read more

I am so disappointed with the treatment I just got in this store! I was going to buy a stokke xplory stroller with a bassinet, that is one of the most expensive strollers in the market nowadays. The saleswomen was so aggressive and discriminating with my entire family. She told us "are you sure going to buy this stroller? because I have a Brazilian client here in the store that is going to buy more than you guys", as well when we had already payed the stroller she raised her voice and was aggressive at my dad because he had a question about the warranty of the stroller. We had already paid and we asked for our money back because it was the worst treatment we have ever received in our life!! Its was so disappointing because its a beautiful store! But it has the worst saleswomen who treats the customers like garbage. read more
