DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, "Yes, go." On top of that, a young woman sales associate standing at the register laughed at me when I explained that my bag changed color on 1 side after the first days: parts of it turned slightly bluish instead of the beige shade I chose. She laughed and asked "What brand are your jeans?" in a mocking tone, as if it were something to make fun of. I said that my jeans were from Zara, a good brand. It was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that everyone there works just like I do and there is nothing wrong with wearing Zara! A manager should enhance the customer experience, not ruin it. Diego showed 0 regard for how he spoke to customers and demonstrated none of the qualities expected from someone in a leadership role. His attitude, tone, and behavior were completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and shocked. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager representing a luxury brand. Michael Kors needs to take this seriously! No customer should ever be treated this way!

2-11-22 Friday night…read more Needed a new dress for a wedding so I came here. Truly tried and true the best choices for social occasion dresses. So they re-arranged the store since my last time here. All the dresses were to the back of the 2nd floor near the cafe. I guess they figured you want it bad enough you will hunt it down and that I did. Very quickly found several dresses to try on but only put this one on. The first one was too big so I had to go back and get a smaller size. Lucky me even after eating McDonald's today and can still fit in a small. Than I FaceTimed hubby who was home to get his opinion. He liked it also I think he was thrilled not to have had to come with me. So I went to the register to pay. The good news is that I am a Rewards Member and if I come back tomorrow I get $ 75. to spend on any thing I want in the store. I have 180 days to redeem. So why did they drop to a four star from a five that I gave them six years ago? That's because the Men's department is truly lacking. No shirts,ties or slippers for hubby so I had to shop somewhere else.

From Takashi Murakami, Austin Lee, Robert Indiana, and 23 other pieces by different artists in a series they call ArtWalk. They're very dog-friendly. We saw hundreds of dogs and their humans - not sure if there was an event or if this was just the norm here. But it was fun to watch cute little puppies. I visited during the World Cup and they had an area dedicated for it. They had a pop-up FIFA store which had items I wanted but haven't found at the stadiums.
