Pretty expensive toys but very cute and beautiful. Some plush toys are really funny and unseen elsewhere. You may also purchase anything online, they will ship it to your home or you can pick it up from your selected store. They offer $10 off (from $100) if you shop online. Their smallest plush toys are about $12-$18 so that's pretty pricy. Just few toys and it's $100 already. They also have great selection of strollers, clothing, etc. If you are looking for beautiful, interesting and unseen toy for your child/grandchild, etc, this is the place. read more

We purchased a baby stroller 25 days ago for $719. Return policy on the receipt says 30 days for returns. We tried to exchange it for different model and brought the stroller to the store. Stroller was never unpacked before. And here the saga begins! People on the floor refused to exchange it blabbering something about 'store policy'. Multiple calls were made to a few, so-called 'store manager', and 'district store manager' and they refused to exchange it as well referring to a NON-VISIBLE-NON-EXISTING 'store policy' about strollers. They DO NOT honor their own store return policy and DO NOT value their customers. People, please, STAY AWAY from this business and purchase your highly priced items from a reputable seller. read more

I was shocked when they told me they charged extra to put the gift in a shopping bag with tissue paper. This should be a service the store provides. I ordered a stroller from them and they confirmed the order and charged my credit card. For days they said they were shipping the stroller this week. Today they sent an email telling me that the stroller was no longer available but one exactly like it was available if I paid $349 instead of the $251 that they chaged me. I went against my better judgement and ordered my very first car seat from Nini & Loli instead of Nordstrom. I obviously opened the box to verify the item, and then found out my mom had purchased the same carseat for me as a gift. I asked for a return to which they promptly said no. So I explained that it was brand new, completely untouched and the only thing I had done was open the box (which any normal person would do). They "brought my case to management" and then offered me the return minus a 30% restocking fee AND I would have to pay shipping. Incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Nightmare. Employees don't speak English and are clueless about the merchandise they sell which is expensive, therefore it is just unacceptable. Walmart-level employees with Saks Fifth Avenue-level prices. That wasn't even the worst part. I fell in the store because of their negligence and really hurt myself bad. This is a great store! I've been to this location many times. They always seem to carry more products than any other baby stores in Miami and the staff is very helpful (The staff are predominately Spanish speakers. Their English is good, but could be better). I've called ahead and put items on hold and they have been waiting for me when I get there. As soon as I walk in, someone always greets me and within a few minutes asks if I need any help. They have a great selection of newborn clothes including hats, socks, onesies, shoes as well as little unicorn swaddles and everything Aden & Anais. Also, a great selection of stuffed animals like meri meri, bla bla Kids, maileg and jellycat. They have a great selection of wood toys and diaper bags. They carry all of the high end strollers (nuna, uppa baby, city select, stokke, bugaboo, mima), stroller accessories, high chairs, car seats and cribs. When it comes to eating they have so many great products to choose from! I always leave spending more than I wanted to and finding something that I haven't seen anywhere else. read more

I was a loyal customer of Nini And Loli for years and spent hundreds of dollars with them and thousands of dollars based on what my family and friends bought.  One day, I brought 3 items back for a return and the manager scanned them and told me I had store credit on my account. This store branch recently closed down in West Palm Beach, and Now the corporate store is saying they can see I purchased those 3 items BUT have no record of this store credit and are unable to ask the store manager (who I identified to them by name) because she no longer works for them after the WPB location closed. This breaks my trust and is a very negative experience, and I am sorry to have to write this honest review. If the company makes it right I would be happy to edit this, but as of now I will no longer be shopping with Nini and Loli ever again and advise any and all of my mommy/daddy friends and family to be very careful if you choose to purchase from them. read more

There is nothing more annoying then shopping in a high end store where the sales people hardly speak English. On that note I am extremely frustrated because I bought a mattress pad and the girl measured wrong. I got back to my house an hour later and of coarse it doesn't fit. When you open the plastic you see the correct size you would think working there she would know that. I actually hate boutique stores because they have the worst return policy. You are telling me you sold me the wrong item 60 minutes later I call and what do I do with a store credit? Next when I called to see if they a had a pad in the right size the girl asked if she measures in cm or in. No seriously I can't make this up! So now I am even more annoyed at the ignorance of the people working there. I know you don't need a phd to sell baby items, but seriously at least have knowledge on how to measure an item! read more

Worst customer service I've even experienced! I made a very large purchase at their Aventura Mall, bought a Bugaboo bee 5 stroller and a car seat and since I don't live in US I asked the sales person about the warranty if the items will be covered in my out of states country, the sales person clearly said YES the warranty is all over the world than I went ahead to pay. If I would know I don't have coverage in my country I wouldn't a buy it!! Now that i have a problem with the stroller, they are not willing to help me and I basically can't use it because it has a manufacture defect!!!! Buyer Beware: This is a fair assessment of a situation that occurred to us at Nini and Loli Aventura on March 01, 2014. I have been living in Miami for 23 years and was never unable to return or exchange anything. And I mean ANYTHING. Never had an issue when I had to return or exchange a product, ever. My family bought a stroller and tried to exchange the next day for a different one (we did not want a refund, an exchange to a different product was our goal). The salesperson at the Aventura Nini and Loli told me we were unable to do so. I told her that it was very unusual to be unable to exchange a product, especially within a 24-hour period without any use at all. Her response was that "in larger stores it is easier than in smaller, boutique stores like ours". This is a simple, fair warning: DO NOT BUY AT NINI AND LOLI AS THEY HAVE VERY STRICT EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICIES. As much as we all wish to support our neighborhood stores, their policies are not flexible enough, which could be an issue on some instances. I realized that the salesperson had no authority to resolve our situation and asked her to speak to a manager. The salesperson was able to call a co-owner of the store three times in front of me and this person refused to speak to us on the phone so that I could briefly explain our issue. I have been to this store many times before and NEVER had an issue. But in my opinion, every business is good until you have an issue. When a problem arises and that business is able to resolve it for you, you now have a GREAT business, that helps and respects their clients. NOT the case here since I was refused to speak to anyone with authority to resolve it and the ONLY person that could help me was on a telephone refusing to speak to us. This is a boutique that definitely has a lot of potential. They have great items and selection (in terms of high-end products for babies) however, with the exception of the last time we visited, their service has never been great. The employees either follow you around without giving you time to breathe or discuss products with your significant other OR they're the complete opposite, where they just straight out ignore you. I never leave reviews. I ordered a stuffed tiger from this company for my niece. It took two weeks to get here. When it arrived it was jammed into a too small box and had a hole in one of it's seams. This tiger cost 175.00. It should not have a hole. I don't even want to try and return it because their return policy is archaic. You have to pay for shipping, and they suggest you insure your package because they are not responsible in any way. Would never order from this company again. read more

We came here to order our car seat and stroller for our newborn and what a dumpster fire. The sales associate told us we would get an email confirmation with tracking numbers and that we would receive the order within a week. Needless to say we didn't get a confirmation email OR our order delivered on time. We called the store and after dealing with several incompetent staff we learned they don't send emails for in store orders ONLY online orders. After several days of going back and forth they promised our items would be delivered by the following week. I'm a new mom to a 6 month old little boy and let me tell you... This place rocks! After returning to work from maternity leave I stopped into this store on my lunch break and was in love! They have so many fun things that the typical Babies R Us or BuyBuyBaby doesn't have. I purchased a few fun things for myself including an awesome Aden & Anais bib I had never seen before. It's awesome! Yes, it's a little posh as the selection of Bugaboos and other swank baby items shows but who doesn't like to get spoiled or spoil their baby every now and then? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEFECT PRODUCTS, HIGH PRICE Having worst experience with Nini and Loli.Bought yoyo base and +0 month set from them and was assemblied by their personnel at their shop and it took 2 hours!!!. While attemting to change +0 set to +6 month set today found that plastic pannel supporting basinet bottom was broken and taped! now i know why assembly of my stroller took 2 hours, they broke it and were taping it for me! My new born baby was laying and sleeping on defect product and i put my newborn baby's health at risk with their product! I am a long time customer of Nini & Loli, and I can only give 5 stars as my experience shopping there is amazing. I always find the best products for my baby and I will not consider buying gifts no where else in town, not only what you buy is breathtaking but their wrapping is beautiful and free. I happened to be around Coral Gables the other day and stopped by their store located in the corner of Giralda and Salzedo, and let me tell you that you will not find a better assortment and selection of baby products than what this store offers. Very disappointing. I ordered an item from them online and it turns out that not only was it not in stock (their website gave me no indication) but it was no longer available from their distributor. I understand that these things happen but I've never encountered a store who was so unapologetic about it. The first time I called I was rudely told that I'd have to call back during the week because they don't answer calls about the website on the weekend. The second time I called, after a long hold, I was eventually told that the item wouldn't be available and they planned to refund my money. However it took 10 days before I got that answer and only because I made the effort to contact them. At this point they still have my $299 and i'm about to have a baby arrive without any place to sleep. They simply shrugged me off, no offers to find a similar product or overnight the same product in a different color. read more

Do NOT sign up for the registry- none of the items have come in the right colour/ items are out of stock- yet they take the gifters money and issue a store credit in place of the "out of stock items". You can collectively find these items at other boutique like baby store. An online retail experience is much more gratifying than this- oversold, under delivered experience.
