The food is good....I'm only going to say that I wish there were more options. It's really a taco and nacho truck that also serves fries. Maybe the menu is smaller now because of Covid. Hopefully they start making the dogs again, the pics of them look amazingly scrumptious- I wanna try them!!!! I love their carne asada fries, they are delicious! The pork tacos are my favorite, I haven't tried the chicken ones. Service is pretty quick with them compared to other trucks too! Give them a try if you see them around, you won't regret!

I completely understand inflation and rising costs, but even as an occasional treat, this feels steep...well for me... especially considering the portion size. I've also noticed other potato spots offering similar options for significantly less. & they taste the SAME The potato itself tastes good, but at this price point, it's hard to justify regular visits. We were catering a memorial service for my dad who passed away and everyone was going to be at the cemetery when we had the catering delivered. We had our trusted neighbors open up the house for their team to deliver and set up the food before we all returned. They set everything up and had the food ready to serve all ready to go for when we got back to the house. Looking back I really wish I would have taken a photo of the setup when we got home.
