Came On A Sunday Afternoon And The Line Was Short And Moved Quickly. Our Family Ordered Some Burgers, Brisket, Ribs, Loaded Fries, Mac And Cheese And Baked Beans. The Brisket and Mac and Cheese Really Stole The Show For Us!! Tender And Flavorful! I Was Hesitant About The Mac Because Its Not Your Standard Stuff- It Has Its Own Look And Flavor But Trust Me- Its The Good Stuff! The Staff Was All Very Friendly And Accommodating. It Is Pricey And The Items Are Priced Ala Cart But Honestly, Its Worth It! Happy We Didn't Let The Hype Discourage Us From Stopping By.

I wasn't aware during my visit that I was caught in the crossfire. Everything at this location tastes nasty. Let's just say Mr. Tendernism vouched for this place before his termination; well, that says a lot about his overall judgment on food. 100% forget anything about Mr. Tendernism and his sad story, because he clearly doesn't know anything about anything if he was guiding people this way. I remember an episode of the LATRYGUY also going to this destination, and even he vouched for this nonsense. Can't trust that fool either. The mac and cheese was some weird variation. The baked beans didn't really taste like baked beans. The meat was overly peppered. They for odd reasons, don't serve potato salad. Change that mac and cheese. Change your seasoning, or at least try. Include Potato Salad. And maybe your business will survive whatever it is going through. Sorry but facts.

I LOVE me some Phil's BBQ!!! Been a fan for years!…read more I used to drive all the way from Palm Springs to San Diego just to get my fix at least once a year before I made the move to Los Angeles So when I found out they opened a location in Temecula, you already know I had to pull up for some ribs!!! Service was great, and the food was finger-licking GOOD I'm honestly shocked if I ever have leftovers! It's always a great time at Phil's never disappoints Just a heads up: make sure you give yourself plenty of time because it's ALWAYS busy! Expect lines out the door, but trust me... it's worth it

That corn bread be hitting!!!…read more Oh my gosh. I am obsessed with the cornbread at Phil's BBQ. It is by far the best cornbread I have ever had! I didn't know I liked cornbread before Phil's LOL now I know that I like it, just only like it at Phil's lol My husband also loves the cornbread. The maple butter is aaaaaaaamazing on top too! I could eat this all day. We brought the leftovers home and my husband and I were fighting over the last piece! I'm not even joking lol That being said, I also ordered some cheese fries. I also ordered the giant pretzel with cheese. The pretzel wasn't bad. The cheese that came with it was fire. I used that cheese and poured it on my fries to make that better. It was bomb! I did eat some of the pretzel, it was soft on the inside and warm. I would order the cheese fries again, but do the cheese sauce from the pretzel on it instead of grated cheese. My husband ordered one of the rib combos and he enjoyed the ribs. He didn't care for the macaroni salad much though. We both wish that Phil's BBQ had a macaroni and cheese. They really need to add it to the menu. That as a side, would be much better! Service was fine. You walk up to order and go up to get your food, when it's done.

I ordered the loaded brisket fries, 1 lb or moist brisket, 1/2 lb or burnt ends. The loaded fries were awesome and fresh crispy fries with 3 nice pieces of moist brisket on top. Highly recommend Burnt ends - my all time favorite and hard to get at a true BBQ place as they go fast as true burnt ends are limited. These did not disappoint and were spot on. Brisket - I like moist was real real tender and had a great flavor. We also had a side of the brisket baked beans and those babies were amazing. The have not a spicy and a regular BBQ sauce and I loved the spicy for sure. The regular is spot as as well and I just prefer spicy. The pit master and his wife (?) were super nice and the resultant was very relaxed and not loud at all. This is the BEST BBQ in the valley hands down. I'm not a local as I live in Leander TX and this review is my own.

Both meats were tender, smoky, with a well defined smoke ring with very good color. I got my food to go, but after seeing the nice decor inside, I kinda wanted to stay! The sides (Mac and cheese & corn) were fair, with just a little hint of flavor. I'll get the beans next time!!! Staff was quick to serve, but there were no other customers when I got there. I'll be back!

There was no wait for a booth, and the restaurant had a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with TVs throughout the dining room. The complimentary bread was warm, fluffy, and fresh. The cinnamon butter was tasty, though definitely on the sweeter side. The peanuts were exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse. For drinks, we tried the blue lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The blue lemonade tasted pretty similar to regular lemonade, but the free refills were a nice bonus. The strawberry lemonade was the standout and definitely worth ordering. We also tried the Dragonfruit Sparkler, which was fruity, refreshing, and one of the better specialty drinks on the menu. For entrees, the Herb Crusted Chicken Dinner was the clear winner. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, and the corn on the side was surprisingly delicious. The Country Fried Chicken Dinner was just okay. It wasn't bad, but I've had better versions elsewhere, and even with the gravy it felt a little lacking in flavor. The fries were pretty standard. Another plus was the large parking lot and the reasonable prices. The portions were generous, and overall the meal felt like a good value for the money. A special shoutout to Candace for providing friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. Overall, Texas Roadhouse delivered a solid dining experience with good food, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back for the herb crusted chicken and strawberry lemonade.

I would eat my grilled shrimp appetizer with biscuits bite for bite and it was the perfect combination . I also got the Tater Skins and they were EXACTLY what I wanted them to be. The toppings were perfectly proportioned for each piece, and it was definitely a shareable amount (although I ate most of them for myself). SERVICE It was good service. We made a reservation the night of online, and I'm so glad we did because when we came in there was a CRAZY LONG line, but we checked in and were sat fast. AMBIANCE It was a fun family environment and perfect for a chill hearty tasty dinner. It was my cheat day and I was very happy with how I made it count. It was my friend's nephews birthday and they brought out the saddle and everything for him to sit as we sang him happy birthday. It was really cute. This place reminds me of my time in Virginia, I'd go visit again .
