I am constantly seeing one run stop signs or cut someone off. Today was my last straw. While at the gas station, my sister was walking through the parking lot to the gas station while I pump gas and Taxi Car 110 backed out of a parking spot so fast and crazy, that if my sister had not jumped out of the way, the car would've hit her. The company needs to reevaluate who they have driving their vehicles and representing their company.

Dean kept us entertained the entire time, my son was so impressed with him that he keeps asking, "when are we going to see Dean again?" I cannot say enough good about the service we have received from our driver. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the company, Penny, and the manager of the company, Starla. Both were professional and friendly making me feel that my business was appreciated. Thank you ladies, it was a pleasure meeting the two of you. When I booked my return shuttle back to EC from MSP, I called Groome to verify that if I missed my 9:15P shuttle, that I could still get on the 10:45P shuttle. I was told yes, that flight delays happen all the time and that they will just put me on the 10:45P shuttle. Fast forward to today. My flight was delayed due to weather. I called Groome as soon as I was in the airport (this was around 9:30P), no answer, no answering machine, no answering service. I called Groome 7 times. Their automated message says that there is someone available to answer the phones until 10P... that's a load of crap. So I waited for the 10:45P shuttle. In the meantime, Groome Rochester showed up, and I asked that driver if the EC Groome driver would still show up, even if there were no registered rides for the 10:45P (I did tell this driver about missing my first shuttle due to flight delays). This driver said yes, that the EC Groome driver would be here for the 10:45P pick up, even if no one was registered for a pick up. So I waited. At 11:05, I gave up waiting for EC Groome (because I didn't feel safe being a pregnant woman completely alone in a parking area waiting for a shuttle that wasn't coming - what if something bad happened to me while waiting for the driver that was clearly not coming... does Groome have the liability insurance to cover that??). So I went back to the baggage claim area to call my husband and figure out how I was going to get home. Had someone from Groome bothered to answer their damn phone, and told me that they weren't coming to the 10:45P pick up, then I would have hopped on one of the hotel shuttles before they ended for the night, gotten a room for the night, and a rental car in the morning when things opened back up. This is absolute trash.

Our driver Baxter was very polite and engaging. After we were all seated he provided us with a handful of rags to wipe off the condensation from the windows which he apologized for in advance stating the defrosters couldn't keep the windows clear. He was correct. The tour itself was great and for the most part the rags were enough for those seated towards the front. But as my 90 year old father an I were seated in the rear it was very hard to keep the windows clear enough to get a good view. Occasionally the rear windows would ice over and the only option was to roll the windows down but because they wouldn't go down all the way it was difficult for my father to see the full displays. I spent most of the ride attempting to keep the windows clear because the 2 small defusers at the rear were of no use. Again, the tour itself was awesome and everyone said they had a great time, they just needed to do something else besides giving us rags to wipe the windows.
