Chicken broth soup with mushrooms and crab rangoon

It's okay at least we try new places to eat. They have options which you order food from the menu or you can order your won meats vegetables and how you wan them to cooke it straight from their food bar and you can actually see when they're cooking your meals, they have fast service and the food are okay. Its easy to find this place.

Here it is they finally opened yay

Great addition to the Columbia Restaurant scene. Come on Inn pick a bowl size and then walk up to the grill and fill your bowl with whatever you want them to cook. Lots of variety lots of choices on proteins and vegetables. Very friendly staff we've been back twice now and haven't been disappointed.

Oh gosh... where do I start.... Upon entering, there is no indication of where to go as there is no host/sign/stand- Wait to be seated? Seat yourself? Proceed to the Hibachi Grill? We stood for about 3 minutes looking around until my husband approached one of the servers at the bar and he seated us in a booth. Our server approached and didn't say hello, just said "Drinks". After that, he came and took our order, I was going to get udon noodles for my bowl but they were out so I settled for LoMein. After filling out my ticket with my name and starch choice, I went to the "filling station". It was confusing as they had three kinds of chicken- Cajun, Sriracha and Regular... all looked exactly the same- unseasoned. I got steak and shrimp and piled on some veg- the veggie section was okay... it had broccoli, onion, peas, water chestnuts, corn, bell pepper, shredded cabbage and jalapeño. I filled my sauce cup and set my bowl on the counter so it could be cooked! When it was brought to the table, my dish was different than I expected. Rather than Lo Mein- they were using spaghetti. I was disappointed and asked the server why but he either didn't understand me or didn't want to answer. My food was over cooked- the meat was tough and my shrimp was hard. By the end of the meal, we also couldn't get over how smoky the restaurant was from the grill. Overall, we were disappointed in our experience and will not be returning.

    Honestly A.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I'm obsessed. The ppl are always friendly to me. I always go in & make my own bowl. You literally pick your own mixture of food/spices/sauces. How can you be disappointed by that? You can't please some ppl.

The place was almost empty at lunchtime. It's a real shame, because this could be a great Mongolian beef location!

I will have to admit a little bit of agreeance with several other comments: If you're going for Mongolian, expect the average, nothing special. The wife and I have been a couple times quite a while ago for Mongolian bowls and while we left full, weren't overly impressed either. However, we opted just recently to visit their Hibachi, and had a completely different experience! The waitstaff on that side seemed a bit more patient and willing to discuss options, etc. We got our drinks and appetizer (the fried green beans - pass on these, they're bland) and discussed what options we wanted for our entrees. When the Hibachi master came out, it was your typical hibachi show, but still very fun nonetheless. He was friendly, jovial, and seemed to enjoy what he was doing (the egg in the hat trick, the stacked onion flames, "butterfly" jokes and catch-the-food-in-your-mouth tricks). We had fun throughout the cooking process, tried the "Spicy Fried Rice," which was delicious and the only way to go, and watched as our meats and veggies were cooked. Their starting broth soup was actually very tasty, however the wife noted she did not enjoy her "salad" which amassed to only lettuce and few small carrots. Nothing else. The sauces they offered were plentiful and quite good. The teriyaki and spicy sauces were superb, while the yum-yum sauce was just ok. At the end of the day though, we opted for the filet mignon and chicken entree, which we split, and ordered extra rice and veggies. It was MORE than enough food to share, and the steak was extremely good! We will definitely go again and look forward to it until we do!
