You can't trust the staff at ninja Mongolian. This restaurant was empty when I stopped in to place an order togo. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and the crab rangoons. They got my order wrong giving me salmon instead of tuna. It was a togo order so I didn't notice until I got home. Two items that's it, they couldn't get it right. In today's economy and the living wage these kids demand. This is literally theft. This restaurant was empty with more than enough staff hanging around. There was literally nothing good about this experience , No way will I ever place an order with ninja Mongolian ever again. read more

It's okay at least we try new places to eat. They have options which you order food from the menu or you can order your won meats vegetables and how you wan them to cooke it straight from their food bar and you can actually see when they're cooking your meals, they have fast service and the food are okay. I was more than pleasantly surprised by this little gem. I ordered the Hibachi chicken; it was absolutely delicious! I couldn't believe that such a flavorful restaurant was hiding right here in Columbia. The chicken was tender, the fried rice and veggies were amazing and the seasoning was perfection. I felt as though I was eating take-out from Goten in Nashville. My mother was able to make a special order with the "Build your own bowl" option. She order what was, essentially, sweet and sour chicken with white rice, extra pineapple and mushrooms. We were both extraordinarily surprised by the quality and taste of the food. We highly recommend this little jewel, hiding right here in Columbia. Our meals were absolutely delicious! read more

Great addition to the Columbia Restaurant scene. Come on Inn pick a bowl size and then walk up to the grill and fill your bowl with whatever you want them to cook. Lots of variety lots of choices on proteins and vegetables. Very friendly staff we've been back twice now and haven't been disappointed. read more

Oh gosh... where do I start.... Upon entering, there is no indication of where to go as there is no host/sign/stand- Wait to be seated? Seat yourself? Proceed to the Hibachi Grill? We stood for about 3 minutes looking around until my husband approached one of the servers at the bar and he seated us in a booth. Our server approached and didn't say hello, just said "Drinks". After that, he came and took our order, I was going to get udon noodles for my bowl but they were out so I settled for LoMein. After filling out my ticket with my name and starch choice, I went to the "filling station". It was confusing as they had three kinds of chicken- Cajun, Sriracha and Regular... all looked exactly the same- unseasoned. I got steak and shrimp and piled on some veg- the veggie section was okay... it had broccoli, onion, peas, water chestnuts, corn, bell pepper, shredded cabbage and jalapeño. I filled my sauce cup and set my bowl on the counter so it could be cooked! When it was brought to the table, my dish was different than I expected. Rather than Lo Mein- they were using spaghetti. I was disappointed and asked the server why but he either didn't understand me or didn't want to answer. My food was over cooked- the meat was tough and my shrimp was hard. By the end of the meal, we also couldn't get over how smoky the restaurant was from the grill. Overall, we were disappointed in our experience and will not be returning. read more

I took my mother there for lunch today. The music was so loud we could barely have a conversation, not to mention it was a hair band ballad station. The drinks are not fountain, rather they are poured from 2 liters and you're charged 1.50 a piece. The tuna in 2 out of the 3 rolls we ordered had gone bad. I tried explaining this to the server but it didn't matter. He refused to take them off the bill. There was no manager in the building. I ended up having to practically yell at two people in order to get them removed. People are going to get sick. Don't go there. read more

me and my baby mama came to eat just to spend time together and we both think we should've chose A1 instead. I ordered hibachi steak and shrimp and the shrimp still had pieces of the tail and some weren't even hot. Rice was bland and the steak was barely warm. her water taste like it came straight from the sink. i definitely won't be back nor recommend it! read more

A nice new dining option for Columbia. Still working out the kinks, I think. But, a good start. Lots of healthy options, great flavors, good cook. I love Mongolian barbecue. Glad to see this in the up and coming community of Columbia, on the southern edge of the Nashville area. read more

This was an interesting place but not what I was expecting. It is a stir fry joint. Not a "hibachi grill" with a show. For being new, the bathrooms and food bar look like they are old. The 2 different sized bowls you get to pick from are exactly the same size, just get the regular. When its busy the place gets smokey and stings your eyes. I picked a spicy sauce and it was totally bland. The lo mein noodles are just pasta, not real lo mein. Bill for 4 with drinks was over $65, so not a great value and not particularly delicious. It was ok but won't likley be back. read more
