And if you are not fit to groom all breeds better have someone there that can. This is the third time I had this exact experience at this place so I gave them enough times to fix their issues. You are getting a one for lack of planning when dog owners make an appointment. I made an appointment each of the three times each of the times told them it's a big dog that weighs 100-130 pounds. Breed is a Bernice mountain dog. First time they called saying we can't do that dog until this date and I was like ok we will make that work. Second time I show up with my dog and the groomer comes and says I don't do big breeds, than way did you accept the appointment ! So reschedule again, this time I show up the girl walks out and says I can't medically pick up more than 50 pounds and the last person that did my dog's grooming put him at 40 pounds. They were like you can come back at 8 am tomorrow, no I can't I will take my business elsewhere from now on. 4 employees in the place and I know not all are groomers but come on. Not a single customer either so they like to see business just walk out the door I guess. Don't use them or their other locations because it's on link to the same online appointment tool, and the new girl even said it's crap, so tell the owner that not the client.

Our dog can be snappy with strangers but he did well with Heidi yesterday. I can tell that my dog wasn't stressed out and seemed pretty happy after the grooming session. On the day of my appointment, I was nervous and scared, not sure if it was the right time. When they told me "Chas" would be my vet, I felt relieved. Because the last pet I euthanized was nicknamed "Chas," so I know the universe was telling me it was the right time and that my other pets were with me to greet her.
