DO NOT COME HERE ! I recently brought my shihtzu and they cut too much hair off now she's freezing and isn't acting the same . First of the shop is literally a 10x10 room so very loud and stressful . But as I was filling out paper work I hear one of the groomers yell at my dog already and it wasn't even 5 minutes yet . I was looking for a place near me to have my chihuahua's nails trimmed. This place is great! Awesome customer service and they handle the dogs with care. Mini, my chihuahua, is very shy and gets very nervous around new people but the lady cutting her nails was very nice. I wish I would've asked for her name, but she's great! I will definitely be taking my dog back there whenever she needs a trim. read more

If I could rate them a negative star I would. When the business was run by the original owner, our dogs loved going there and for years this is the only place that we took them to. Sadly she sold it due to health reasons, and shortly passed is my understanding. The new owner was understanding and happy to keep us as clients. We haven't been in over a year and scheduled an appointment for today. After 5 hours my furbaby a 7 lb Yorkie is still not finished. When we dropped him off they had no record of us ever taking him there, mind you this was the only groomer we used for both dogs for YEARS! Heidi knew our dogs by name and was always very nice. Then when we arrived to pick him up, we were waved at to come inside and then scolded for showing up before being called. The lady told us since we arrived prior to being called we could take our dog. He was not finished his legs had not been trimmed and he had patches. When we pointed this out and reminded her that a $60 grooming charge did not include half-finished work, she was very rude about finishing and asked us to wait in the car. The other lady working looked at her with disappointment but did not say anything. I thought maybe she is having a bad day, but nonetheless, this is not how you treat a paying customer. I'm sure my poor Yorkie had a stressful day if this was the only lady grooming him. I will never go back, and will not recommend this place to anyone. I sure do miss the previous owners, they always took such great care of my dogs. read more

We've been taking our dogs here for grooming for about two years and have always had really great service. We took our dogs in about three weeks ago for a grooming service, and both of our dogs got lice. Our dogs are pretty stay at home dogs they don't go to the dog park they don't go anywhere else and there is nowhere else that they would have been exposed, our vet told us that they got it from the groomer. When I called the groomer to let them know that our dogs got lice from them and that I didn't need anything I was just wanting to make sure that they were aware so that they could deal with the issue, I didn't feel as though they really took responsibility for it and just said that they didn't think that it could have been them because they do bombs once a week. It's very unfortunate because we really did like the service room receive from this company but if they don't take licenses station seriously we won't be taking your dogs here any longer. We are now having to pay several hundred dollars in vet fees and treatments and have to deal with treating her dogs for the next two months for lice read more

We took our 12 year old Lhasa Apso in for a grooming session for the first time yesterday. What an awesome experience! Our dog can be snappy with strangers but he did well with Heidi yesterday. I can tell that my dog wasn't stressed out and seemed pretty happy after the grooming session. On top of that, my dog looks so cute after the grooming session! Heidi knows her stuff and she is not just someone who knows how to use a clipper. She can actually execute a perfect teddy bear cut! Highly recommended! read more

This place always does an excellent job with my pups. I have two shih tzus and they come out looking great every time. My only complaint is it takes them a long time compared to other groomers I've used. But it's worth the wait. I highly recommend them. read more

I brought my 14-year-old border collie in for a desperately needed grooming. I was worried not only because of his age and the fact that he is mostly blind and deaf but that he was in the middle of a canine vestibular disease, which affects balance, ability to stand, etc. The crew at All Four Paws was AMAZING. They didn't even flinch at his ailments and noted that old doggies need to get be taken care of. They did a beautiful job, trimming him way down (as I'd asked) and cooling him down for the hot months of summer. Not sure how much time the puppy has left, but he was so happy afterward. His tail was wagging and he probably felt 5 years younger. Such caring and kind people at All Four Paws. 10 stars! read more

All Four Paws Dog Grooming is by far the best grooming shop! They really do care for your fur baby as if they were their own. They have a huge loving heart for dogs. My dog gets pampered every single time. My dog is always extra clean and well groomed. They listen to what is needed and wanted. My dog has allergies and it is hard to find a groomer that understands what is needed so they don't come out extra itchy, my dog is never extra itchy after their grooming service. I trust them completely. I have used Tanya's grooming services in past 9 years at other shops she worked at and she has never failed me. I am stoked to see she finally has her own shop!! If I could give a lower star than 1 I would. I took my beautiful Australian Shepherd here yesterday to get the knots out of his butt out and a little trim behind the ears. And I got back a completely new dog. When we first arrived my dog was scared to go in but I didn't think anything of it because he's been to other places before and he's been fine. I just though oh new place maybe he's nervous. I should have trusted his instinct. The lady started to ask me what I wanted as she wrote it down and again all I asked for were the knots out of his butt and a little shave so he can poop without getting poop on his hair. She then showed me a poodle who was basically bald and asked," is this something you want?" And I told her NOOO I DONOT WANT HIM SHAVED LIKE THAT! I made that part VERY CLEAR Then she asked about the top of his back if I wanted it shaved and I again told her ,"NO You can TRIM it A LITTLE bit but I DO NOT WANT HIM BALD, PLEASE DONOT MAKE HIM BALD!" I told her repeatedly that I do not want him to be bald. Finally she asked about the little hairs around his ears and his head if I wanted that cut. I told her ," NO DONT cut his head but yes around the ears" she told be it would be around 3-4 hours since he has a lot of hair which was fine. Typical. But they got done around 2 hours. And when I pulled up I knew why. SHE COMPLETELY SHAVED ALL HIS FUR OFF! I was so in shock when I picked him up I couldn't say anything. If I wanted buzz cut all his hair off I could have saved myself 65$ and done it myself at home!!!!! what I don't understand either is he had a white soft fluffy chest with NO KNOTS! So why would you decide to shave all of that off too! After I told you not to! A simple call explaing that you couldn't get some knots out would have been fine and I could have just taken him home but she decide to just cut EVERYTHING! Including his head which I told her again not to. Plus they cut his little nub to the skin and it keeps bother him. If you know anything about Aussies you know there is no need to ever cut them this short. Their second fur might not grow back. And it can grow in weird. I'm so angry and upset and annoyed that I still had to pay. I don't recommend this place. Especially if you have an Aussie. read more

After using another groomer for many years with my 3 high demand grooming dogs (bichons) they have under went new management and have since become terrible. We tried Heidi at All Four Paws, and she was awesome! She took the time to look over my over due to groom dogs and told me she could save some of their fur for the full bichon heads. On one dogs she told me she was unsure if she could save it, but when we picked them up she had! Their nails were not super sharp, they were beautifully groomed and in less time then my old groomers. Her prices are less then my old groomer as well. An added plus is she is much closer to my home. I highly recommended her to anyone that is in search of a new groomer. read more

This was the quickest I've ever gotten my furball cleaned and it was cheaper than my usual place! My moody dog loved Heidi the groomer and looks the best she ever has coming out of grooming. She usually looks awkward. Heidi cut her hair exactly the way I had in mind. She also has posted an affordable, anesthetic free teeth cleaning. The people in there are smokers you can smell it the minute you walk in. That's not good for the most important people in our family I walked right out after smelling that no way in the world would I ever leave my baby there. So sad that other's bad habits try to get pushed off onto the ones that can't protect themselves. read more
