You can see their entire selection from one end to the other, which is laid out exceptionally well with clearly marked sections. All of the plants are in alphabetical order throughout wide aisles. I am not one to trek through acres & acres of plants, only to get confused & tired. Plants are very competitively priced for the size and outstanding quality. They provide 2 sizes of wagons for your selections while you shop the well-kept grounds. They offer a nice selection of garden ornaments and their own gardens are very nice to walk through to get some great ideas for your own place. The staff are all very nice, helpful and pleasant. They listen to your needs and will direct you to all of the proper plants that are right for the areas you want to beautify. A special shout-out to Anna who always has the best advice for my very-pale green thumb. No matter if you're in the area or not, it is worth the drive. Highly recommended!

I wanted two matching baskets except that one would have white begonias and the other would have yellow ones. I got begonia baskets last year and they looked good right up until frost. I decided this year I would ask them to make me custom baskets with some additional plants in them. I discussed what plants we could add and the man who helped me came up with several nice suggestions. I really enjoyed working with him planning the design of these baskets. I now have 2 unique baskets and one of my neighbors is asking me to help her get some baskets like mine. I have posted pictures of both my baskets and one has become the main photo of the gallery. I would highly recommend that you go to Anna's Greehouse in the country outside of Mukwonago and tell them you want a hanging basket with some pizzaze! Tell them Carroll sent you.

I think this shop is a perfect size and well laid out. I often get overwhelmed in large, crowded nurseries. The plants were really well organized, had very reasonable prices and displayed on various cute furniture pieces! One of the owners, (Jessica, I think -ahh!) was super helpful in answering all my care questions, even about my other plants I had at home. Plenty of plants to choose from, but I also saw flowers, lots of vases/pots, as well as balloons & cards. I also overheard her telling another customer that they have same-day or next day delivery to the immediate area for $5, which I thought was pretty cool. A plant nursery is one of the best additions to any neighborhood! I'll be visiting again next time around!

I have to say that they have so many cacti and succulents that you don't find anywhere else in Milwaukee. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and historic. The lady at the counter was absolutely friendly and had great customer service. Oh and yes they know English for those of you wondering! The prices are very affordable. You will walk out with many plants so bring your bigger vehicle when you visit.

I ordered two plants, one lived and one arrived in terrible condition and died after about a week…read moreor so. They were not shipped well, just wrapped in newspaper. The worst part is that Heritage Flower Farm did not respond to any of my emails about the dying plant, and so I have not received a refund or a replacement. Ordering plants through the mail always involves some risk, but the hope is that the seller will be reasonable if a plant arrives damaged and shortly dies thereafter. I emailed them the day that I received the plants (one milkweed and one purple-flowering raspberry) because the raspberry looked very bad and already had mostly shrivelled leaves. I sent photos, too. No response. A few days later I tried again with new photos. No response. A few days later the same thing. I do NOT recommend this farm to anyone - don't risk your money on plants that are not shipped well. This farm will not not respond if you have a problem.
