We had a date scheduled and then something came up they needed to reschedule. Ok no problem we rescheduled. Then I get a call from the dispatch lady named Merna and Stacy that we need to change again... ok at this point I was annoyed but... things happen. The night before service get a text confirming for another day. Called they said oh yeah we have a different day. At this point I'm annoyed they assured they could move it. She said the tech will message you when they are on the way.... Nope he said that was there job. Super nice guy he also said they were running into issues. I was asked to pay half now and the other half once the job was completed... they needed to order the part.... Ok no problem.... Similar situation to get the tech back out there. They don't accept cards only check.... Ok wrote the second check now it's January and February and they are stating that the lost the check or it may have cashed might not have but they can't track it........ At this point they do not have there stuff together. Do not use the services seems very suspicious. Going to report to the BBB

We had a concern with our dryer that could easily have been turned into a hundreds-of-dollar issue. He disassembled our dryer and found that the problem was pretty mundane. He easily fixed it and reassembled the dryer. He then explained what might have led to the issue and told us how to keep it from happening again. His price? Only his time, which was very fair. He was done in about 30 minutes and charged $250 labor for a bill totaling $360. I had to track down the itemized invoice to find the cost breakdown and when I called to complain,I was told that was the set labor charge that Mr Appliance internally charges across all its businesses for this repair. In short, management response to me: firm and, in my opinion, unfair. We are taking our business elsewhere and recommend you do likewise.

Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. When I need help again, I will definitely "Just Call Friends!"
