I was referred by 2 friends that had their breast augmentation done by Dr. Colgrove. Both of their…read morebreast augmentation looked nice so I thought I'd give him a try. I've been wanting to get a breast lift and augmentation done for a long time. Finally decided to have it done since I'm getting married. Came in for a consultation everything was great. I told the nurse that I'm allergic to tapes/adhesive so we did a tape test. The tape she gave me to test for a week was great no reaction. I told Dr. Colgrove my goal was to have my breast symmetric, have more of an upper pole, more volume and cleavage. I also brought in my goal picture. One of my breast is larger than the other, so we decided to go with an anchor lift and reduction on the side that was larger. The other breast I had a lollipop lift to position the nipple and to make both nipples a little bit smaller. I understand that they will not be twins. I just need them to look even and lifted with cleavage. I also paid to have the mesh(internal bra) put in so they would not bottom out or sag later on. I chose to go with 380cc Motiva round. He did 380cc on both side. Fast forward to surgery day. My surgery was on July 10th 2025. Everything was fine during surgery. When I came home I noticed that they had used a different tape on me, and not the one that we tested on my skin. Had an appointment to come back for post op the next day. The nurse removed the tape to change it and noticed that I had blisters and hives all over my breast. The Dr. did not come in the room to look at it or let me know what he did during surgery post op. He stood at the door and looked in and say come back in a few days and prescribed me steroids. I also told him I'm having pain in my armpit where he did the lift he said maybe because of the way my arm was positioned during surgery. So I didn't think anything of it since he's the Dr. and he probably knows best. Couple days later I came in he told me to stop the steroid and just use aquaphor and took off all the tapes. I think he finally realized that it was a tape allergy and not my body rejecting the implant. I'm not sure why they did the tape test on me and use a different tape during surgery. Obviously, they didn't put it in my chart or communicate with each other about it. So beware if you have a tape allergies. I'm almost 3 months post op and my skin is just now finally healing from the tape reaction. I noticed that the implant on my right breast where I had a lift and reduction kept moving into my armpit and slides up when I lay down and to the side. I addressed my concerns to him. I told him I think my pocket is too big so it's causing my implant to move around. He told me no it's because I'm dominant on my right hand so I need to continue to wear my surgical bra and no lifting or exercising. Did exactly what he told me to do. Came back a few weeks later reminded him again that my breast implant is still moving around and is very uncomfortable because I constantly would have to keep pushing it in, which is not right. He looked at it and said it still needs to drop and told me to stretch them and that to come back in a few weeks and left the room. I told the nurse I'm not sure why it's moving like that and she told me the pocket might be too big and asked me if I got the mesh. I said yes I did and I'm not sure why it's doing this if there's a mesh in there that's supposed to hold everything together. She told me to just remind him again when I come in a month and she told me that he said to keep doing my stretches. A month went by, did my stretches like he told me to do. Came in today reminded him again about the implant moving around and he said implants are supposed to move around and blamed it on me being right hand dominant again. He told me to not stretch on my right side and just do the left side. I said to him you told me to stretch both side the last time I was here and he said because it was tight the last time. Mind you, my right breast pocket was never tight! I'm not sure why my concerns were not charted and that he needed to be reminded every time. Everyone I know that got their breast aug done are right handed and they never had this issue. All he told me was we can't do anything now. I would have to wait until everything heals. Besides the breast pocket being too big, One breast is still bigger than the other side so it's pulling down. One nipple is larger than the other one and no cleavage because they are uneven and going to the side. Least to say, I always leave his office feeling disappointed because my concerns were just brushed off and never addressed.

The overall experience is top notch, soothing and a peaceful journey celebrating me. I am on day 8 of Mastopexy surgery (a surgical procedure that lifts and reshapes the breasts) and Implant removal. Initially, we were going to do an implant exchange and through Dr Wright's expertise he guided me through the option of no implants. I can tell you... it was the WRIGHT (pun intended) choice!! My breasts are amazing! No one can believe there isn't an implant. Dr Wright delivered unbelievable results with Professionalism, precision, and thoughtfulness from the start. It's been a magical experience achieving one of my dreams on a life changing journey. I'm THANKFUL that God allowed me the honor of Dr Jones' finesse. (Wright Touch) God truly blessed Dr Jones for his skills, compassion, fun loving and humble spirit, support, dedication and expertise. I will update my progress along the way.

I have been a fan of Dr Jones, since watching him on the tv show, Atlanta Plastic! I have followed him and watched his phenomenal work on Instagram for years, hoping to one day be a patient. The fact that he is double board certified, and has an excellent reputation, made him the obvious choice. From the first zoom consultation Dr. Jones was charismatic, personable, and very humorous, yet extremely professional which put me at ease. I knew I had chosen the Wright doctor, excuse the pun Dr Jones has a wonderful staff, especially his assistant Ariel, who answered all my questions, day and night. I-underwent a drain-less tummy tuck with muscle repair, and 360 lipo. The results are amazing, yet natural. My belly button is perfect, and my butt looks a lot rounder and bigger since my waist is snatched. At 52 I am amazed at how great my body looks. I get so many compliments. I loss 25 plus pounds after surgery, all in part of following dr's instructions which were quite thorough. Let me be clear, there is no perfect surgery, but overall my experience was great. I highly recommend Dr Wright Jones.

They explained everything clearly during my consultation and answered all my questions without rushing me. What stood out the most was how much they actually cared and paid attention to the details. The facility is very clean, modern, and has a nice atmosphere that helps you feel at ease. Most importantly, I'm very happy with my results--I can already see a difference, and it's definitely boosted my confidence. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about body contouring.

In order to leave a review, I am forced to at least choose one star but if I could give it less…read morethan one star, I would. Results were nowhere near what was promised. The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told. When I went for my 3 month post-op, I was seen by an assistant, they took photos and even the assistant noticed the lack of results-literally no difference in photos from before to after. At almost 1 yr. post-surgery I was still experiencing sharp pains, numbness & soreness. I am HIGHLY disappointed & very upset that I fell for the hype and paid so much [$17,500] to have NOTHING to show for it. Over 17K is nothing to sneeze at-at least for me it's not. The doctor [Bedford] is the professional & if they didn't believe me to be a good candidate then they should have given the proper advice i.e. " you're a great candidate for this, but not so much for that", but of course it seems money was more important & why am I not surprised. Shame on AIRSCULPT. I'm clearly not alone here judging from other reviews. What they've done is not ethical. When the office contacted me, they offered to "take a look" & perhaps correct something BUT I would be INSANE & NAIVE to go back under the knife with AIRSCULPT when they were the ones to mess up to begin with. I also have to add that at some point in between sedation & semi-consciousness, I was shown a picture of "fat" they said was extracted from me BUT hindsight, now I believe that was a lie and could possibly be a container they just whip out at the end of a procedure to get the "wow" factor. I am actively exploring all available avenues to determine whether legal action is warranted. I find it difficult to believe that I am the only individual experiencing these concerns. Unless AirSculpt is prepared to discuss an appropriate refund or meaningful resolution, there is no need to contact me further. I take this matter very seriously and do not view it as a trivial issue.

She examined my incision and she assured me that everything looked good. I did not have my facelift with Dr. Whitaker so I will not comment on her expertise. However, as far as her sympathetic massage staff members they are NOT fully licensed to give these massages as they CLAIM to be. The person I saw was young and she had laid me down in a decline position causing some stretching in my skin (under my chin) and I was so distraught. Her act was malicious to me. Her energy was negative and I should have picked up on her lack of training once she had the chair positioned awkwardly. This person knew I was coming from outside of the agency. I did not realize what occurred until I got home and looked in the mirror. I did call their office to let them know what took place. I spoke to Cindy Martin and shared my complaint. Anyway, I suggest everyone ask to see their license and make sure they know the treatment they are getting before trusting anyone to touch or massage their face here. I honestly came home and cried for trusting this young girl to touch my face. Once I attain her name, I will be sure to post it here. This is a lesson learned for me to please read the reviews and do your research within the agencies that you are supposed to trust for services. I hope my experience helps others to NOT trust people just because they claim to be trained in providing certain treatments. You have been *EDUCATED* Best of luck!

After booking an another appointment for a revision in October of 2024 , I felt very rushed again…read more The doctor didn't take more than 5 minutes of time to go over the details of my surgery plan. Said a few words & asked if I had any questions... her office manager came in and gave me the quote. Price isn't something that I want to be concerned with as this is an important surgery that needs to be treated sooner than later. I initially asked for the cost of just one side that has capsular contracture. Was quoted $6400, no problem. After I left I was curious about the cost of doing both sides since it's been 5 years. I emailed the office manager Gina. She emailed back saying she would get back to me, things were very hectic because they were in the middle of a move. Three months go by... I never heard anything back. I left a 2 star google review due to not only feeling rushed after the first surgery but every single appointment after that. Another reason for this review is due to the extreme lack of professionalism. When I called back the first week of February 2025 to follow up on the quote of doing both sides (due to being ghosted) I was immediately shut down by the office manager due to my 2 star review... is that how an office professional should lead a conversation? I'll leave that up to the reader to decide. Moving on... the office manager Gina proceeded to tell me that she didn't think Dr. Baron wants to do my surgery because of the review I left... the review was honest about feeling rushed time & time again. Neither the doctor nor the office person reached out regarding that review at any point in time. I explained to Gina, the office manager, that I would be happy to delete the review as well as updating it to a positive review once I met with the surgeon so I could have answers to the questions I had regarding the surgery. She agreed to having me come in to meet with Dr Baron. She even told me that she scheduled me for a 45 min consultation to give enough time for my questions. I made the appointment to go over all of the questions I had that weren't answered in the previous appointment due to being rushed. She had the audacity to tell me that Dr Baron felt like she answered all my questions... how can you answer any questions in 5 minutes of an appointment??? I felt like a number instead of a patient. This is not how any plastic surgeon should behave towards any patient, much less a patient returning for a 4th surgery. It is truly appalling to know that I have spent so much money and felt like such a waste of time to this surgeon and her practice. Making informed decisions is crucial when have surgery of any kind. After addressing my concerns on the phone with Gina, she agreed to schedule an appointment for the following week. I asked for the address - She gave me some BS story about how they were still in the process of moving, that they are still in a temporary location and that they could move any day now... mind you it's been 4 months since their "move"began... this was a HUGE red flag. Why be so secretive about the location. I called the office line yesterday, a couple days before my appointment so I could get an address. The front office girl gave me the address without hesitation. Odd right? This gets even worse... the day before my scheduled appointment, I receive an email stating that the surgeon is not going to see me as a patient anymore because of the review that I left. At no point in time did the surgeon ever reach out to me to address my concern. If that doesn't speak volumes about this place, I don't know what else does. I was speechless!! I don't like to leave a negative review but this is totally unacceptable.
