I sipped on one of their signature cocktails, the Applebum, made with tequila and sake infused with green apple and citrus. It was just as refreshing as it sounds. Standouts were the fried yuca stained black with squid ink to mimic charred wood and the grilled camarones in a rich red adobo sauce. The chocolate cake that mimicked ashes was art on a plate with special kudos to the pastry chef for that greek yogurt gelato.
