I came in with green hair which…read moreisn't the easiest color to remove, she was friendly and it seemed to go well at first but in the end (5 hours later) the green never came out completely. Again I understand the color isn't easy to remove now the problem comes in when I went to pay.. I was charge 362$ which is way beyond what I expected , I walked out with auburn red when I asked for brown but my real issue is the green was never fully removed so how can you charge someone for a service you didn't 100% deliver.(color correction) I been here twice and both times was overpriced and not what I wanted.
