My wife found Doctor Julie Brown and my daughter began vestibular therapy with her--essentially recalibrating her senses and nervous system. This type of therapy was recommended by my daughter's regular neurosurgeon and cardiologist, though they didn't offer any recommendations for therapists. Thank goodness my wife found Doctor Brown! My daughter immediately improved with each session. At times we would wheel her in in a wheelchair, and she would walk out...or even dance out! At first the effects lasted only a day or so. We took her to four appointments a week, and after a while the benefit seemed to "stick." She could get out of bed 3-4 hours a day, and now is up to 5-6 hours a day. POTS can improve (or degenerate) on its own but I am convinced this vestibular therapy has made a significant contribution to my daughter's health. She rode a bicycle the other day for the first time in nearly a year. Dr. Brown has also been amazingly accommodating and caring when my daughter was too ill to make the appointments and so forth.

Erica is known by deficiencies in customer service, notably in the accurate coordination of appointments. Instances of overlooked follow-up appointments and attributing responsibility to patients during elucidation of the treatment plan were encountered, detracting from an otherwise clinically sound encounter. Erica is not capable of handling this job. Due to her performance, I find even awarding a 'One-Star' rating to be overly generous. I would opt for a '0-Star' rating if possible.

Initially the appt was made at 9:30, we arrived at 9am and was told the dr wouldn't be in the office till 1:30. Ok. Odd but It may have just been a simple mistake so we rescheduled for today at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1pm, we were put in a room, and we waited.... and waited... and waited... till about 2:30 when my dad got frustrated and finally said "let's go!". We were referred by our PCP and I could not believe the service or lack thereof that this place provides to their patients. We left, and we will never come back. This is unacceptable for a medical practice to be ran so poorly and for the doctor to have little to no regard for people's time. FIND ANOTHER NEPHROLOGY OFFICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

All other previous meds that was prescribed for my migraines made feel like I wanted to die and crawl out of my skin! I would much rather suffer with the migraine pain than to suffer the side effects from taking the others. I just completed the study after being on it for a year and let me say, this stuff was the best ever that I have taken for my migraines! It worked like magic and with no ill side effects. I have had two more migraines since my last dose of the study med and I was dying! I hope this passes and on the market soon. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I found this site on line and liked what they said. Made an appointment with them. After doing their paper work and showing them our insurance card I was told we where covered and they accepted it. After reviewing the plan they laid out a good plan and agreed. They told us if we paid them cash and we billed the insurance company we would get a good discount. This we did. (later found out they don't do insurance.) After a few weeks I was able to get a partial print out of service they have done. Submitted it into insurance company. OUCH, claim was rejected. ( been to other chiropractor/ wellness centers offices and never been denied claim by insurance) Insurance said they where not in network. The insurance company said they needed more codes of work done. Dr office gave me a copy of the codes only to see that it was just a copy of what they have already given to me. After questioning it with the front office, I was told that neither of the Dr's at Seacrest accepted any insurance plans. So they LIED to us. So now it look like am out over $2,000.00 for they gave us false information from get go on what they accepted only to get our business and money Part way through the plan they changed the treatment and charged us more money saying the new treatment was more, yet we do not recall them telling us that or what the different in cost was. Feel like they lied again . Other issue I had was that Dr Rogers brought his dog there every time. I HATE any business that brings their dog and let it roam the business. Who wants a dog to approach you, sniff you and lick you when you're not a dog lover. That not a clean environment. Have sent them several text messages on this on the finial billing /refund and such. No response. They did not respond to a prior message either. Guess they don't read or care about text messages. About half the time the Dr. Rogers was late getting to the office and we had to wait for him to show up. Again with his dog. YUCK. So, we lost all faith in this office and canceled all future appointment and asked for refund made back to our credit card. He (Dr Rogers) wanted to issue a check instead, saying it would be easer. Maybe they don't know how to credit a credit card. So in sum, I am saying this place will say what they need to say to get your business and money. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I want to thank Dr Pei Mulroy, the primary doctor assigned to me. She was such a support and advocate for me at a time when I was allowing negativity to get the better of me. I wan to thank gastroenterologist Timnit Tekeste for her excellent work, as well as for fitting me into her busy schedule for what turned out to be an emergency colonoscopy. I want to thank my surgeon, Dr Richard Straker, for his skill and expertise in removing a malignant tumor in my colon. I want to thank the two different sets of anesthesiologists, whose names I do not remember because I out like a light befor I could assimilate them. First rate work! And finally, the excellent 24-hour care I consistently received from the general medical staff. I could not have found better care. I'm so lucky!

I did not get their names nor the attending Doctor, but they were all great. All I can say is, I got the hard information I needed and have needed for months about what I may be dealing with. Natalie spends a LOT of time with her patients, explaining what her preliminary findings are, based on her expertise, taking questions (and you can ask as many as you want - there's NO rush) and really filling in the blanks, arming you with knowledge to be able to go back to your specialist doctors and ask intelligent questions. All in all, a very good day with a take-charge crew who make it easy to get your appointment tasks done. I very much apprciate the level of care I received today!
