Dr Truong's Botox treatment was the first step to my father's death. After only being his patient…read morefor a couple months he administered Botox to his neck, causing him to be unable to swallow. YOU CANT REVERSE BOTOX. His options were to get a feeding tube, this led to an infection that went septic. His response to my family's tragedy was defensive and casual. My father's only ailment was Parkinson's and poor memory, he did not have life threatening conditions prior to this treatment, and he had the nerve to compare us watching our father starve to death to his wife who had passed from cancer?? I'm sorry for anyone's loss but it was unprofessional and disrespectful. He proceeded to text my mother treatment options after we told him our father's end of life wishes and not to contact us. DO NOT GO HERE

However, he delayed the Botox treatment to my second visit and that was a disaster. He administered 500 units of Botox into my neck, which I learned after the appointment was the maximum dosage and should never had been the initial amount of Botox treatment. Within one day, the pain in my neck intensified and then I developed severe head drop. I contacted Dr. Troung's office 4 consecutive days and received promises to return my calls. It has been 8 weeks now. My symptoms have not improved and I have NEVER received a return call! My suggestion is that no one should trust or use this doctor and he should retire.

Bac Si Tung (Doctor Thai) is a very kind hearted and reliable doctor. His office is known for…read morehelping out the elderly and others who are apart of the vietnamese-american community who struggles with healthcare. Not only that, he can speak fluent english, so he can tend to other needs as well. At his practice, he specializes in 'Noi Thuong,' directly translated to internal ailments and basically he helps diagnosis, treats, and writes prescriptions for you to get help/meds/etc... I was recommended to this location by my family. My cousin's other grandpa was an elderly man with many ailments and he was getting weak in old age. He was too old to learn english when he came over. With the help of Bac Si Tung, he lived long after the american doctor's prediction of his "death" Not only that I know that my dad comes here when he is stressed out or feeling weak or having bad appetites or cannot sleep. And after every visit my dad would come home happy, energetic and in top conditions. So basically I was feeling a little sick and my dad told me to just come here. Appointments are welcomed, but however they are not required. The receptionist was also a bilingual english and vietnamese speaker, she was very helpful as well. I came in at 10:00am and the doctor was able to see me by 10:30am. He asked me about my condition and as I was telling him about how I feel like I cant breath and my sniffies nosed. The doctor asked if Ive been feeling feverish, I was like WOW, how'd you know?? and he was like, blah blah blah symptoms go together blah blah blah... Lol... so anyways, he writes me a prescription and i still make it to school an hour ahead of time :) yaayyy

This is the first time I actually searched for a local doctor because I was getting rashes on my…read moreleg. I decided to check this place out because it was really close to my house and man...This is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I called the office to see if walk ins were available which it is but the receptionist was responding to my questions as if she had a vitamin bottle up her ass. That was a sign to not visit this place but I desperately needed to see a doctor. I saw the receptionist when I arrived and yup, she did look like she had a vitamin bottle up her ass because she looked pissed off and she looks like BLANKA FROM STREET FIGHTER (she really does). Doctor Thai was a nice guy but he misdiagnosed me and gave me a useless shot on my butt. He said my rash would go away within a few days but it started to spread even more. I called him and he told me to drop by which I did immediately because I did pay for my first visit and he didn't even know what was going on with me. He sat at the computer googling for stuff and misdiagnosed me again by saying I have scabies and prescribing me to all these medications. I did not have scabies. I did not need any of the medication he prescribed me. I wasted money and time. He was 100% wrong with everything. I would understand if he said he didn't know what was wrong with me the second time instead of guessing with it is. I know doctors make mistakes all the time but if you don't know then you shouldn't guess. Just say so and then I can make my way to see another doctor instead of having me wasting my time, money, and jeopardizing my health by letting my infection spread. I don't recommend anyone to go here unless you're old and you want to get ripped off. Also it was $30 for walk ins, a small place, direction on yelp was wrong (maybe it was the navigation on my iphone), and yeah...Shaking my head REALLLLL hard...Maybe I need to go to another doctor for my neck pain. Not here though.

Hard to give this place a star rating for there are so many issues here. Just going to give it…read morejust a one star due all issues and end results. I found this site on line and liked what they said. Made an appointment with them. After doing their paper work and showing them our insurance card I was told we where covered and they accepted it. After reviewing the plan they laid out a good plan and agreed. They told us if we paid them cash and we billed the insurance company we would get a good discount. This we did. (later found out they don't do insurance.) After a few weeks I was able to get a partial print out of service they have done. Submitted it into insurance company. OUCH, claim was rejected. ( been to other chiropractor/ wellness centers offices and never been denied claim by insurance) Insurance said they where not in network. The insurance company said they needed more codes of work done. Dr office gave me a copy of the codes only to see that it was just a copy of what they have already given to me. After questioning it with the front office, I was told that neither of the Dr's at Seacrest accepted any insurance plans. So they LIED to us. So now it look like am out over $2,000.00 for they gave us false information from get go on what they accepted only to get our business and money Part way through the plan they changed the treatment and charged us more money saying the new treatment was more, yet we do not recall them telling us that or what the different in cost was. Feel like they lied again . Other issue I had was that Dr Rogers brought his dog there every time. I HATE any business that brings their dog and let it roam the business. Who wants a dog to approach you, sniff you and lick you when you're not a dog lover. That not a clean environment. Have sent them several text messages on this on the finial billing /refund and such. No response. They did not respond to a prior message either. Guess they don't read or care about text messages. About half the time the Dr. Rogers was late getting to the office and we had to wait for him to show up. Again with his dog. YUCK. So, we lost all faith in this office and canceled all future appointment and asked for refund made back to our credit card. He (Dr Rogers) wanted to issue a check instead, saying it would be easer. Maybe they don't know how to credit a credit card. So in sum, I am saying this place will say what they need to say to get your business and money. I do not recommend it to anyone.
