Last week I was told I was essentially grandfather in and my membership was locked in at my current price/package. Today i went to use my favorite bed and was told it was no longer included in my package. I asked if I could have it until the end of my current monthly plan (the 15th, today is the 10th) and was told no. To top it off the two other beds I COULD use were broken/out of order. She let me use the bed I wanted as a one time courtesy they are offering. If the other two beds are broken this shouldn't take up my one time courtesy IMO. Not a good look palm beach. I'm not locking myself into a membership if this is how they run. Finishing out my month and I'll no longer be a customer.
