Not only did I need my tan but I needed help removing my FAIL DIY SELF TAN! Needless to say she brought her her whole set up knew how to even my mess up and still look amazing, super knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable getting in my bday suite and exposed. Last week I was told I was essentially grandfather in and my membership was locked in at my current price/package. Today i went to use my favorite bed and was told it was no longer included in my package. I asked if I could have it until the end of my current monthly plan (the 15th, today is the 10th) and was told no. To top it off the two other beds I COULD use were broken/out of order. She let me use the bed I wanted as a one time courtesy they are offering. If the other two beds are broken this shouldn't take up my one time courtesy IMO. Not a good look palm beach. I'm not locking myself into a membership if this is how they run. Finishing out my month and I'll no longer be a customer.

The place is a small quite shop, with a gift shop of sorts in the front with skin care and swim suits. I was greeted at the door with a big smile from the workers. Crystal is the nice woman I made my appointment with, and I'm glad I did. She is so professional and nice, and pretty understanding when I was running a few mins late. She took her time to really make sure I was covered evenly. Since it was my first time, she could tell I was nervous, but she helped me feel comfortable pretty quickly. She made sure to talk with me as she sprayed me to make sure I was comfortable and also to just let me know what she was doing and why she was doing it that way. But the end of it, she let me know everything I need to know for after care, and I was so comfortable that I made another appointment. I'm excited to not have a farmers tan anymore.
