Last week I was told I was essentially grandfather in and my membership was locked in at my current price/package. Today i went to use my favorite bed and was told it was no longer included in my package. I asked if I could have it until the end of my current monthly plan (the 15th, today is the 10th) and was told no. To top it off the two other beds I COULD use were broken/out of order. She let me use the bed I wanted as a one time courtesy they are offering. If the other two beds are broken this shouldn't take up my one time courtesy IMO. Not a good look palm beach. I'm not locking myself into a membership if this is how they run. Finishing out my month and I'll no longer be a customer.

Her prices are really good for her product. The tanning spray is organic - feels natural and soft to the touch. And there is no chemical smell or weird streaks which I loved. Your tan dries very fast as well so no waiting forever to be ready to leave. We were able to put our clothes on for the evening within 20 minutes and they provide a beautiful bathroom nearby for changing, makeup, ect. Sara was super professional and easy to coordinate with being flexible with my schedule and time I could make it there. She even does tanning for celebrities like thunder down under so if you are lucky your time might overlap and you can catch a glimpse while you are over there! And I am so glad I did! Cindy runs a professional and organized business. She was flexible with my appointment time and prepped me over the phone for what to expect. She took time with me... And cared about the result. And I totally loved that! The solution is VEGAN and ORGANIC!! Uh Yesss!!! I walked in... She looked at my skin, and asked me how dark I wanted to go. I was basically like "do me up and make it good!" Her bases are green and brown... Not yellow and red... No orange glow for me!
