needed pressure washing for a driveway/garage, patio, stone walkway, and exterior of the home…read more estimate was free and quoted on the spot. estimate was square in the middle between two other businesses that quotes the exact same scope of work. i went with always on point for 3 reasons: reviews were consistently great with customers saying how much the crew exceeded their expectations; it's a small business, which feels good to support; and the price was competitive. their work turned out great, specifically the garage floor and patio. wish i had photos of the garage floor, but it went from being super dingy after 5 years of only sweeping it to looking like it had the normal wear/tear of maybe a 1 yr old garage floor. would hire again.

His weak contract states that not all stain may be removed. I read this and asked him what I should expect. He failed to respond. I was unable to be there when he did the job so I had my aunt meet him and let him in the building. He was extremely rude to her which is surprising because she was a woman alone in a seclude building with a an aggressive man. I guess it made him feel important to treat a woman poorly since there was no one there to stop him. I politely told him I was unhappy with the final result and I asked for a partial refund and was met with the following threat of legal action. "Again, I went over the floor more times that I should have, scraped it and swept it - based on the contract you signed, any bad review will be met with a response from my Attorney. William. The first three photos are before his work and the last three are after his work. He succeeded in cleaning the grit off the floor and that is all. He also left nasty smears of dirt and cleaning solution on the floor. He also hit the sink and knocked a leg out from under it. He did not replace the leg of the sink. It was crooked u[on my inspection of the building. Be very careful with this man. I suspect his equipment is faulty and he will quote a job and in his mind walking behind a machine is worth $1400 regardless of the final outcome. I'd encourage you to read my other reviews so you understand I'm not just made about money. I review on a regular basis and almost always give positive reviews. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. I'm upset that I was ripped off and then, I'm upset he was rude to my aunt, and I'm upset his response was a threat of legal action.
