There was no reason for them to touch, drill, or alter my two front teeth, yet they proceeded to drill into them, creating additional trauma and leaving my teeth looking worse and aesthetically unappealing. I came in expecting them to repair the tooth that was actually damaged from my accident--not create problems with teeth that did not need treatment. The situation made me question why additional work was performed when it appeared unnecessary, and whether they were creating additional dental damage in order to justify additional treatment and billing. Based on my experience, I am deeply concerned that the practice may be engaging in deceptive or potentially fraudulent billing practices, and I believe their treatment of my teeth and the charges associated with it should be thoroughly investigated. If you notice in the first picture, I posted there's only a crack in my back tooth. My front teeth are perfectly aligned. There's no indents, there's no drill texture, There's no lines. It's just a smooth Tooth however, in the second photo, this is me leaving the dentist office they did not address my original crack Tooth instead, they did their own thing on my front teeth!!! I have never experienced such poor patient care and communication from a dental office…read more After my root canal, I repeatedly called this office for months to get my permanent crown scheduled. I was continuously told they were waiting for insurance approval, despite my constant follow-up and repeated explanations that I was worried about leaving a root canal without a crown for so long. I called throughout March, April, and May. My concerns were ignored, and no urgency was shown. Every time I called, I received a different excuse instead of a solution. Now, after months of waiting, I have been told that my tooth has become reinfected, cannot be saved with another root canal, and must be extracted. I was also told I will likely need a dental implant that could cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket. What was most disturbing was that during my appointment they immediately began discussing extracting my tooth instead of addressing how this situation happened. I felt pressured to move forward with surgery while I was still trying to understand why my tooth had deteriorated after waiting so long for treatment. I have requested my complete dental records and filed a formal complaint with my dental insurance so this case can be independently reviewed. Patients deserve timely treatment, honest communication, and accountability when delays may have serious consequences. If you value your teeth, your time, and clear communication, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this office with your dental care.
