Andrew took the time to walk me through the entire medical process in a way that was clear, thorough, and reassuring. He went above and beyond to explain what to expect and was especially helpful and accommodating when it came to discussing payment options, really working with my situation instead of rushing me through it. The dentist was also extremely efficient and thoughtful--she was attentive to my concerns and even checked in to make sure I wasn't waiting too long, which spoke volumes about how much she actually cares about her patients' experience. This is, without exaggeration, the best I have ever been treated at a medical facility. The level of professionalism, empathy, and effort from the entire team is rare. I haven't met the surgeon yet, but based on everything so far, I have complete confidence in this clinic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

There was no reason for them to touch, drill, or alter my two front teeth, yet they proceeded to drill into them, creating additional trauma and leaving my teeth looking worse and aesthetically unappealing. I came in expecting them to repair the tooth that was actually damaged from my accident--not create problems with teeth that did not need treatment. The situation made me question why additional work was performed when it appeared unnecessary, and whether they were creating additional dental damage in order to justify additional treatment and billing. Based on my experience, I am deeply concerned that the practice may be engaging in deceptive or potentially fraudulent billing practices, and I believe their treatment of my teeth and the charges associated with it should be thoroughly investigated. If you notice in the first picture, I posted there's only a crack in my back tooth. My front teeth are perfectly aligned. There's no indents, there's no drill texture, There's no lines. It's just a smooth Tooth however, in the second photo, this is me leaving the dentist office they did not address my original crack Tooth instead, they did their own thing on my front teeth!!! Very disappointing first visit…read more I went here as a new patient for what I understood to be a routine dental checkup. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while, so I expected the usual new-patient exam, X-rays, and cleaning. Instead, I waited about 30 minutes in the lobby before being seen. The front desk interaction was fairly short and unfriendly, and the person taking my X-rays was difficult for me to understand. The dentist who actually evaluated me was only in the room for a few minutes, essentially told me that everything looked fine, recommended switching toothpaste, and then left. No cleaning or scraping was done. I was then given a treatment plan for a cleaning at a later appointment with an estimated out-of-pocket cost of about $165. The treatment plan included D1110 (adult prophylaxis/cleaning) along with additional codes, including D9970 (enamel microabrasion). This raised some concerns for me because I reviewed my DentaQuest insurance documentation afterward, and it specifically lists D1110 adult prophylaxis as a no-charge in-network benefit. The plan also gives an example of a new-patient visit that includes an exam, X-rays, and cleaning with a $0 in-network patient cost. I also found another recent review describing a very similar experience involving a cleaning, insurance coverage, and an enamel microabrasion charge. That made me even more uncomfortable with the way the proposed treatment was presented. I'm not claiming that the office intentionally did anything wrong, because I don't know their reasoning or billing practices. However, the combination of the long wait, rushed evaluation, lack of cleaning during the appointment, and confusion over what my insurance actually covers left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I ultimately left feeling like I had spent my time and gone through the trouble of getting a new-patient appointment without really receiving the routine dental care I expected. Won't be coming back.
