A magical, soul-soothing escape…read more I can't say enough good things about my stay at Wellspring Spa. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I'd stepped into a hidden forest sanctuary. The land itself is breathtaking--towering trees, soft mossy trails, and peaceful stillness that invites you to breathe deeper and slow down. I spent hours wandering the hiking paths and felt like I was in another world. I stayed in the Tahoma cabin, and wow--it was cozy, peaceful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. (They must have updated them based on what I have read from previous posts!) Every detail in the space felt intentional and grounding. After a day of exploring, soaking in the outdoor hot tub with that stunning view of the trees was exactly what my body and mind needed. And the lofted sauna? Absolutely the coolest (and warmest!) little gem--such a unique and relaxing experience. What really made this place special, though, was the warmth and kindness of the staff. They were so welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about creating a healing experience for guests. Also: there's a sweet dog who wanders the grounds and melts your heart--truly the cherry on top. Wellspring isn't just a place to stay--it's a place to remember. I already can't wait to come back.

It's the perfect place to come back to after hiking all day at Mount Rainer and lovely as a couple's getaway. My boyfriend and I loved the privacy and thought the cabin was beautiful. It has a well stocked kitchen where we cooked a nice meal and enjoyed the free standing hot tub. We also appreciated their commitment to being environmentally friendly. Thanks for everything Sunny, you're a gem!

This place is AMAZINGGGGG WORTH EVERY PENNY! I got the tiny cabin with the shared bathroom…read more Inside this cabin is a microwave, fridge, kettle, complimentary drinks, towels, bed obviously. The room comes with its own little AC/heater u can control super easily. The big open windows is MARVELOUS I spent many hours just staring at the scenery. They have housekeeping come by while ur gone to replace towels and tidy up. The shared bathrooms were awesome! They're literally 1 minute away (right directly across the cabins) and there's 3. Two of them are normal sized and one is bigger with a vanity. They give u towels in there too and shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Nice rain fall style shower head that's huge and aesthetic , and also a wand if u wanna handheld. Awesome! Theres also a laundry unit but they only take quarters so I sadly could not use. Still awesome that it's available though!! At will! The cafe was cute, delicious, and warm. The restaurant and was cozy and yummy. This whole place is so quaint and gorgeous just to walk around. It's 20 mins from a Longmire home, and about 30 from Mount Rainer. This was THE PERFECT choice. I switched here last minute from a previous place and I'm so so so glad I did. I literally don't have a single comp

This was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had…read more Our group came in after a hike and was told a mandatory 20% gratuity would be added before we were even seated. We agreed to it. At the time, there were only two other tables in the restaurant. Then we sat for 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. No water, no greeting, nothing. When someone finally came over, they handed us a jug of water and walked away. When my friend politely mentioned that we'd been waiting 20 minutes, the waiter smiled and said "Can I take your order now?" No apology. No explanation. By the time our order was taken, the restaurant had started filling up. A large table seated after us was able to order almost immediately and received their food well before we did--even though they ordered some of the exact same items. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes for our food. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't worth the wait. The burgers were dry and the overall quality was mediocre at best. What made the experience even worse was the attitude from the staff. During and after our meal, staff members repeatedly side-eyed our table, exchanged looks, and snickered among themselves. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. Since we didn't understand the language they were speaking, we couldn't tell what was being said, but it certainly didn't feel welcoming. As I looked around the restaurant, I couldn't help but notice that our table was the only table full of Asians. I can't say for certain why we were treated so differently, but the combination of being ignored, watching other tables receive faster service, and the dismissive behavior from staff left a very bad impression. Poor service, long waits, mediocre food, and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Cassie wasn't like that, she was really down for our vision and wanted to help us execute it rather than try to fit it into the box of other weddings. On the day, she was able to handle a lot of moving parts very well and maintain a positive and calm attitude during a time in which not a lot of people had that. If you are looking for a day of coordinator I would definitely recommend Cassie, she can handle any challenge.

I would highly recommend Cassie Isackson as a wedding planner. We used her basic (Wedding…read moreCoordination) package, which was very reasonably priced yet included so much more than just showing up the day of. In the year leading up to our wedding day, Cassie provided a high quality of services including periodic check-ins and to-do lists to help us stay on track, multiple venue walkthroughs, logistical communication with vendors, and leading our rehearsal. Throughout this period, Cassie brought to our attention many tiny details that could have spiraled into a bigger problem if there was no one to point it out to us -- including making sure tables were an adequate size, how various elements would need to move across the space during a room transition to avoid problems or delays, and various aspects of cleanup and takedown we hadn't accounted for -- and suggested helpful solutions. By our wedding day itself, Cassie had made sure every vendor knew exactly when and where they were needed. This meant that absolutely no one came to me or my wife with questions or problems. Even when the zipper of my dress ripped completely open and I thought everything was going to be a disaster, Cassie and her assistant were able to keep me calm and collected while we waited for the necessary help to arrive. If this hangup affected the schedule of the day, or if our vendors faced any other issues throughout the event, my wife and I were kept blissfully unaware. If I had to do it all over, we would absolutely hire Cassie and her team again. In fact, we'd probably upgrade our package to get even more of her expert help. Thanks for helping to make our wedding day as beautiful, fun, and memorable as we had imagined.

From the start, Tony took the time to understand our vision and our guests, helping us plan the perfect night. On the day of the wedding, Tony was professional, reliable, and absolutely nailed every detail. Everyone raved that it was the most fun dancing they'd ever experienced at a wedding. He kept everyone--from the young cousins to the older guests--on the dance floor all night, seamlessly blending timeless classics with modern hits and amazing remixes of both that kept everyone engaged, all while keeping our musical taste in mind. The energy never dipped once. He's by far the best wedding DJ we've ever experienced, and we wouldn't recommend anyone else to make your wedding an absolute blast. But Tony isn't just a DJ--he's an MC, and honestly, even part wedding planner. He came up with fantastic ideas to keep the evening flowing smoothly while still letting us stay in control of our creative vision. If you're deciding between a day-of coordinator or Tony, go with Tony. He handled every transition flawlessly--from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception--and his charismatic MC'ing elevated the entire vibe of the event. Everyone's vision is different, but after attending dozens of weddings and hearing from our guests, we've realized that if you're going to optimize one vendor, make it the DJ/MC. People may not remember the flowers or even the food, but they will remember the flow of the night, the energy, and the hours of music, dancing, and fun. From the bottom of our hearts--thank you, Tony, for making our wedding as fun, seamless, and memorable as possible!

Tony was an integral part of what my wife and I have over and over described as "the perfect day"…read more This was no surprise to us, as it was very apparent since our first meeting that Tony is a very detail-oriented person. He is directly responsible for helping us accomplish one of our biggest goals of the wedding, which was to have both sides of guests get to know us better as a couple. This was accomplished through a cocktail hour trivia game, a bride/groom game show type activity during dinner, and many other moments throughout the night where Tony saw fit. Tony's music selection was also top-notch and he seemed to play the perfect tracks all night to keep the dance party going. We can't say enough about Tony's performance for our wedding night and we are happy to give our highest recommendation to anyone considering hiring him for an event.
