Overall, a decent dessert option in this very aesthetic plaza of many restaurants. We came here after eating at Shake Shake and it had good vibes. I got the Strawberry Cream and you can tell they use fresh strawberries in this! The cream definitely has a stronger flavor in ratio, so it's super rich and milky. Not too sweet! The texture had the perfect mouthfeel.

Never been here before. I ordered the Solo Salted Caramel with "Waff Cup". I feel like this is false advertising because this is not a "cup"

We got the S'more one called Roast Malone. It was yummy and flavorful..I kinda feel like it could have been more flavorful though. The ambiance was pleasant enough. Very small shop inside so most seating is outside.

Fruity Pebbles there was also some sprinkling on too butttt you know. Ate it. Also, that is the cone you are paying for.

Ambient environment great for a date. The menu is eclectic but not so spectacular that I would return to pay $6.99 for one scoop plus $.75 for a cone. But hey, it tastes good. So, you get what you pay for. You have the option to order on a kiosk pay by card. The flavors were all really good we tried the Roast Malone, Strawberry, PB Nutella, and Fruity Pebbles.

So yummy we got the milk n gold and the roast Malone it was very good! The milk n gold was better in my opinion and next time I would get a regular cone instead of the bubble waffle cone. The bubble waffle cone is delicious but I thought it would be crunchy. Still super good!!!! We were very happy with the ice cream!

Pros: the ice cream is very tasty and very smooth. I like the location. And it was a cool experience to see them making the ice cream in a unique way. Cons: really just that it's very expensive for a very little amount of ice cream. It was cool for the one time experience but I don't think I would need to go back.

This is a cool place to enjoy a good desert . I usually don't eat ice cream but this place is a ice cream to die for... Go and check it out. Go foodie

This place blew my girlfriend and I's expectations. We knew it was an ice cream place but didn't think it would be that great. Boy I'm glad we were wrong. The ice cream is very creamy and velvety smooth. Flavor was too notch as well and the toppings were a great pairing. I got my scoop with the freshly made waffle cone and my girlfriend got the freshly made bubble waffle. Both were so delicious and compliments the ice cream well. We were pretty full from dinner and having this pushed us over the edge - in a good way. We got back and we just wanted to lie down LOL We will definitely be back.

    Special Flavor: Mocha Noche

Nite creamery has the best ice cream in SLO county! There process of making it fresh in front of you only adds into the experience. I understand some may say it's pricey, but it definitely worth it. Service is fast and reliable while the storefront is nicely located. I love the milk and gold scoop, it incorporates waffle cone bites that are delicious and crunchy! The mocha noche was a limited flavor that was strong in coffee notes. I enjoyed both of them! Highly recommended for families wanted an ice cream spot.

Tried Nite Creamery for the first time and it was a pretty cool experience! They make the ice cream fresh in front of you using some kind of freeze dry or some short of process and the texture comes out super creamy and fresh. It did take a little longer than expected since they make each order on the spot, but honestly, it's worth the wait. The ice cream tasted great and felt super fresh. Prices are fair, not cheap but not crazy either. The spot doesn't really have indoor seating, so we ended up walking over to a restaurant next door to sit and eat. The layout is kind of outdoor/open air with no doors, and the interior style is actually really sleek and modern. If you're looking for a unique/different ice cream spot in SLO, this is worth checking out!

Stopped by Nite Creamery in SLO and loved it! I got the "Roast Malone." It was super creamy, delicious, and made fresh with liquid nitrogen right in front of me. The location is cute, service was fast, and the vibe is fun and modern. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area!

Nitrogen infused ice cream! It's got a pretty unique texture. I wouldn't say it's better than any other high end creameries but it's certainly a difference experience. Each scoop is made to order with whatever inclusions you order. A single scoop with no extras or cone is over $6. There was quite a line and long wait when we were there on a Thursday night.

Salted Carmel Crunch and fruit loop ice cream

This ice cream is the best! I do get it with no salt! My only complaint is they got rid of their bubble waffle it was amazing!!! Wish they would bring it back!!!

It's tucked away on a side street and if you aren't looking for it, you might miss it. Loved all the design elements, many of which must be original to when the building was first built. Almost throws you back in time. There were 4 cookie choices and were even displayed by the window facing the street but we completely missed seeing them when we walked up. I believe there were 8 ice cream flavors to choose from as well. I was in the mood for a chewy warm cookie and my husband, ice cream. I got a large, thin, oatmeal cookie and he chose strawberry cheesecake ice cream. We enjoyed them both as we continued walking downtown. The cookie was the perfect amount of chewiness and not crumbly. Despot it being thin, there was a perfect balance of the brown sugar and oatmeal flavor in every bite. Did not miss having chocolate chips or raisins in it either. I wish I had bought two!!! The ice cream was very creamy and a nice subtle cheesecake flavor. The strawberry flavor came from actual pieces of strawberries on the ice cream. The service was pleasant and the ambiance was calm. Perfect way to top off the evening stroll!

It just so happens that my brother in law told me to stop in San Luis Obispo during my pacific coast highway roadtrip, told me it was a really cute area he thought I would love. Little did he know at the time, there is a coffee shop, the BEST coffee shop in San Luis Obispo that's called Scout coffee and Scout is the name of my brother in law's daughter AKA my niece so this was fate. Fate I tell you. I came here later in the day on Saturday right before closing, the shop is just adorable, really sweet tables outside on the street and some seating inside as well. They had some delicious looking pastries in the window and they had merch. Yes I came for the coffee, sure but I came for the Scout merch for my niece when she grows up and wants to drink coffee out of a mug and thinks it's just the coolest thing that her Aunt went to California for the sole purpose of buying her this mug, or something like that. They had mugs alright, $18 a pop. They had some t-shirts too that were PRICEY and sweatshirts that were even pricier. It was a bummer because they didn't have a lot of size options and when I asked the staff if they had more in the back they were not the friendliest bunch. Anyways, got two Scout coffee mugs and a Scout coffee travel sticker and of course a coffee. It was late so I had a decaf americano and went on my way. I came back the next morning for a regular drip coffee and the place was busy! This time, the guy helping me behind the counter was an absolute sweetheart. We made some small talk and it put a better taste in my mouth from my experience with the staff the day before. They don't use sleeves here and I LOVE THAT. I hate sleeves on coffee cups I really and truly do. They tied a napkin around instead and I've never seen that before. The coffee was delish, love the name of the shop, love the merchandise.

Learned that they offer milkshakes as their frozen drinks so ordered a coffee flavor with no whip cream. It was $8 for a regular size so a bit pricey for sure. It was good, creamy, cold and I always appreciate smooth milkshakes. I wish it was a stronger coffee flavor and the reason for the 3 and not 4 stars. Friendly staff, efficient in how you order and receive your drink and yes...they are busy and it takes a tad of waiting for your order. Dog friendly patio out front.
