This place blew my girlfriend and I's expectations. We knew it was an ice cream place but didn't think it would be that great. Boy I'm glad we were wrong. The ice cream is very creamy and velvety smooth. Flavor was too notch as well and the toppings were a great pairing. When this was addressed to the staff the person who was eating acted like that didn't happen, and his response was "well there wasn't anything saying gluten free on the ticket". They asked, in stead of immediately knowing to make it right, if we wanted them remade. When told yes they only remade 2 out of the 3 we ordered. The third ice cream was left on the counter and allowed to melt, without any of the employees using their customers service skills and offering to or just taking the initiative to remake the third one that was also contaminated and had melted. read more
