While it is a smaller footprint and several items were sold out during my visit, it's clearly because this is a highly popular spot for local crafters! The online order pickup process was incredibly organized and smooth with their self-serve setup, and I'm so excited to dive into my next craft project today. What really stood out was the staff. I crossed paths with an employee in the aisle who was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. When I was leaving, that same gentleman made it a point to say goodbye, which was such a warm, personal touch. The only downside for me is the shift toward so many self-checkout kiosks. I personally prefer interacting with a real person and supporting local jobs rather than using automated machines, so I definitely encourage other shoppers to head to a real cashier lane if they can! Overall, the wonderful service and tidy atmosphere will definitely bring me back.

My family moved an hour south and my fiancée and I wanted to check it out, so we drove an hour to come check it out And the new "owner" George was very discourteous. I was asking him questions about when he took over and remodeled the shop and for some reason, he took offense to my questions. He felt the need to remind me that he's now the owner and my questions about the shop were..."personal...?" I was disappointed to find out about Mike retiring and Dave passing away, but even more disappointed to find out that they sold it to someone so rude like George. Less selection than there used to be and customer service is unfortunately even worse. Thumbs down for George, his attitude needs some work!
