I tried this truck for the first time tonight. It is located on Williams near Estrella crossing. It is in an area where there are two other food trucks and a nice grassy space in the center with picnic tables so if someone wants to sit there and eat, they certainly can and it's such a pleasant place to be. Additionally, The food was amazing!. The gentleman who owns this truck was so kind and helpful. I think he could tell by looking at me that ordering from the kiosk was something I was not versed in. He came out to the front of the truck and asked me what type of food I wanted and then he helped me select my items; He was very helpful. The food is amazing!!!. I've had Cuban food before, but maybe I haven't, because tonight's food is nothing like I've ever tasted. I used to think Cuban food was good. Now I think Cuban food is fantastic! I had sweet plantains made in a way that I've never seen before & tasting better than I've ever had before. I had grilled vegetables that were -oh my gosh- so good! I had grilled chicken that was blackened, and there was more than I could eat! I have enough for dinner tomorrow. The black beans and rice were amazing! They were mixed together and more flavorful than any black beans and rice I've ever had in my life. I can't say enough good things about this place. Next time I'm going to bring a family member because I'm so excited to share. The prices are great, especially since the food portions are so large. I'm so blessed that you are less than a mile away from me! God is good.

The scallops were nice and big, and the sauce it came with was sweet. Our server recommended to dip the bread in the sauce and it was delicious. The oysters were very fresh as well, they had a selection of two different types and they came with a vinaigrette, and two different classic sauces. For my main, I got a flank steak with peppercorn Demi sauce. It was an 8 oz, perfect size for just me and it was super tender. The peppercorn demi was very rich and absolutely delicious. For dessert, which we ate too quick before I got a picture, was seriously the best New York cheesecake I've ever had. I would definitely recommend coming here for a celebration or for something special. They have new menu small bite tasting on Tuesdays I believe as well. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end with seamless service so I could focus on having a great time.

His Loaded Twice-Baked Potato was good! I had the G La Storia Chardonnay & the The Post Poppy cocktail & they both were good, as I recall. Our server, Jaci C., was very helpful! For dessert, the cheesecake was delicious! Thank you for the anniversary dessert! Can't wait to visit here again for a special occasion celebration! What a cool place! It used to be a post office, so a lot of their drinks have a "post office" name theme.

Usually, I get the chicken and dumplings. I was celebrating getting a new job so, I got the ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. Unfortunately, the cut wasn't good. It was thin and had thick gristle, throughout. I assumed that I would need salt. I asked for flakey salt. The sweet waitress/bartender, brought me kosher salt in a nice container. The salt helped! However, the steak was too far gone to help. It was closer to medium and, again, the cut was bad. (Note: I didn't complain! I'm sure that if I would have, they would have done anything to correct it!) The positives? The green beans were AMAZING! Still a bit crispy and tasted great! The mashed potato's were good. I ordered an Old Fashioned. It was wonderful! The service couldn't have been better! I love the bar side of Wildfire! The seating can be private or meant for people watching. It's very comfortable! All in all, this is the place to go! The service is always amazing! I didn't enjoy the ribeye but, I'm a steak snob. Wildfire will always be my "go to" spot! Sit in the bar area and you will get the best service! Edit to say that the regular bartender is fantastic! He always has been!

We went in to grab dinner and were told that it was a 1.5 hours wait...yikes! Izzy, the hostess, said she would ping us if a table came open earlier. Fortunately, the table did free up earlier. Apparently, this location was chosen for a pre-prom dinner as high school students streamed through the restaurant in formal length gowns...glitter, draw strings, and shiny. The interior feels elevated with lots of wood and floor to ceiling glass windows. The presentation on the table was appealing with white linen tablecloths, shiny utensils and sky-blue glasses. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Chelsey, was super bubbly and upbeat. My friend ordered a meatball and polenta appetizer as she was not feeling too hungry. We probably clocked 4-5 miles walking the Square and side streets, so I was ravenous. I ordered the Cesar salad and Italian sausage & salami pizza. The pizza was amazing! The Italian sausage was flavorful and well-prepared. The salami was thinly sliced and importantly, not greasy at all. At this juncture, we were pretty full, so we only ate two slices of the pizza. The hubs lucked out on great leftovers. Excellent food...excellent fellowship

They took it back to the kitchen, butterflied it and recooked it. It was fine but less effort than should be provided. The manager never came by to ask any questions or discuss the three issues. $134 and a very poor effort. This place is adjacent to the Sheraton that we really like. It's a medium-sized venue, and there is a private room for small parties. I enjoyed being there, and I would recommend it for families, couples, or colleagues. With an open dining room, people-watching was also fun. I mean...the service is about as good as you can get anywhere! The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable (even willing to joke around). My favorite is the lamb, so they joked with me a bit. The Lamb Chops were better (that is gamier) than the Leg of Lamb. My wife doesn't care for the lamb, but she likes the other meat offerings plenty. When we asked for specific meats...they would bring them. Competitors' staff say they will bring something, but Bitelo's staff actually delivers! My only feedback is that they didn't proactively offer to change out my dirty plate (which was quickly being overrun by lamb shop bones). Let's talk about the salad bar (which we always enjoy at a Brazilian Steakhouse). While others host larger selections, Bitelo hits all the high notes, and fewer offerings actually make it more perfect for us. The bite-sized cheese breads are AMAZING, however, I do prefer the Polenta that other places will serve over the mashed potatoes. Highly recommended!
