I tried this truck for the first time tonight. It is located on Williams near Estrella crossing. It is in an area where there are two other food trucks and a nice grassy space in the center with picnic tables so if someone wants to sit there and eat, they certainly can and it's such a pleasant place to be. Additionally, The food was amazing!. The gentleman who owns this truck was so kind and helpful. I think he could tell by looking at me that ordering from the kiosk was something I was not versed in. He came out to the front of the truck and asked me what type of food I wanted and then he helped me select my items; He was very helpful. The food is amazing!!!. I've had Cuban food before, but maybe I haven't, because tonight's food is nothing like I've ever tasted. I used to think Cuban food was good. Now I think Cuban food is fantastic! I had sweet plantains made in a way that I've never seen before & tasting better than I've ever had before. I had grilled vegetables that were -oh my gosh- so good! I had grilled chicken that was blackened, and there was more than I could eat! I have enough for dinner tomorrow. The black beans and rice were amazing! They were mixed together and more flavorful than any black beans and rice I've ever had in my life. I can't say enough good things about this place. Next time I'm going to bring a family member because I'm so excited to share. The prices are great, especially since the food portions are so large. I'm so blessed that you are less than a mile away from me! God is good.

A great date night or special occasion spot to splurge a little and have a fun time in Georgetown's town square. Service was excellent and we were able to get a same-day Saturday night reservation. Food was good and worth going back for! QUICK FACTS: - Parking? Yes, free parking around the area. Can get busy on weekends. - Reservations? Yes, recommended but not required. I called ahead on a Saturday night to ask about availability and was able to snag a 5:30pm. FOOD RATINGS: - City post salad (4/5): Great flavors and large portion! Great value. They split it between two plates since we were sharing. A little too heavy on the dressing, but otherwise tasty. - Bread service (3/5): Warm homemade white bread loaf with salted butter and a seasonal butter (ours was rosemary). It was just okay for charging $4 for bread service. You would get this complimentary with your meal elsewhere. - Scallops (4/5): The orange beurre blanc sauce was delicious. Scallops were good and perfect size. - Oysters (3/5): Gulf coast oysters and some from Virginia. Not bad but not the best I've had. A little grainy. The sauces were great and the hot sauce had a nice kick. - Ribeye with peppercorn sauce (4/5): I thought it was weird they halved the steak lengthways...but it was good. Less fatty than we had hoped, but tasty nonetheless. The peppercorn sauce was good but not worth $6, especially when you're already paying a pretty penny for the steak! - Mushroom risotto (2/5): This was a special side for the night. It was unfortunately not very good. Had a weird off taste to me, like the mushrooms weren't very good. I've had better risottos. We didn't finish it. - Cheesecake (5/5): A strong ending to the meal! All of the desserts looked great, but this was a good pick. Loved it.

Usually, I get the chicken and dumplings. I was celebrating getting a new job so, I got the ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. Unfortunately, the cut wasn't good. It was thin and had thick gristle, throughout. I assumed that I would need salt. I asked for flakey salt. The sweet waitress/bartender, brought me kosher salt in a nice container. The salt helped! However, the steak was too far gone to help. It was closer to medium and, again, the cut was bad. (Note: I didn't complain! I'm sure that if I would have, they would have done anything to correct it!) The positives? The green beans were AMAZING! Still a bit crispy and tasted great! The mashed potato's were good. I ordered an Old Fashioned. It was wonderful! The service couldn't have been better! I love the bar side of Wildfire! The seating can be private or meant for people watching. It's very comfortable! All in all, this is the place to go! The service is always amazing! I didn't enjoy the ribeye but, I'm a steak snob. Wildfire will always be my "go to" spot! Sit in the bar area and you will get the best service! Edit to say that the regular bartender is fantastic! He always has been!

Monday is 10 oz prime rib. It's always tender and delicious! I do wish I could get a bigger slice because it's that good! Wife and daughter had the green beans as a side. Wife just loves them. I had the collard greens for a change. They were good. I'm no greens expert and have only had them about 5 times. Being Irish, cabbage was our go to. Collard greens were never served in our house. Service was excellent, but that's the norm here. I didn't even take pictures because I am so use to everything being perfect here. Our family's go to for a celebration meal. The waitstaff were all very kind and attentive. The food felt very overpriced for what we received. The brunch fruit bowl I received consisted of four thin slices of strawberry (not even one strawberry), two pineapple chunks and no more than 15 blueberries. The ham and eggs Benedict was borderline flavorless and the egg white was cold and runny. I love a good poached egg, but it was more liquid than poached. The tequila sunrise was musky and the flavor of the tequila overwhelmed the rest of the drink. I really wanted to like this place! However, I spent $35 on a pretty pitiful brunch meal. The restaurant seating area and decor were all nice. The bathroom had no music and is small and cramped (you can't get paper towels without either blocking the door or a stall). The people were kind and attentive enough that I probably would try it again? Maybe Sunday brunch or a different meal entirely.
