Seeing that CyclErie was offering such a great deal in partnership with Aventon, AND able to build it there was an immediate go for me! I made an appointment so they would have the time to get it in from their warehouse and give it a little spin around the parking lot and alley, and less than 10 minutes later, I had her loaded up and ready to go home to take on more adventures. Staff was friendly, helped me with sending in my invoice info to Aventon to get some bonus free perks, had me download the app so I could unlock new max speeds, and recommended taking a picture by the balloon mural. Love the bike, love the town of Erie, and my husband was so impressed by their service that he just purchased and picked up his eBike from CyclErie so we can enjoy our adventures together!

It did for me - and I've ridden high-end, 'custom-fitted' bikes for decades. Doing just this with Cenna was robably my best cycle experience - from a long list of good-to-great ones - with even gaining tons of new & valuable cycle learning. Cenna is a true pro with a hard-earned experience over decades that, combined with the right amount of data-driven fit input, results in that true, perfect fit experience. Easily the best bike fit of many before. One you immediately consciously tune into on each ride in a delightful way. It is worth noting that it is better to have an average bike with a perfect fit (than the best bike with a mediocre fit). So don't underestimate the fit side. And Cenna is a true fit pro as well as a truly expert mechanic immensely knowledgeable about the entire range of equipment (road, tri, gravel, mtn) and its optimal installation. But, what is best for you - not what the shop likes for themselves. And, to note, there is some great depth in the shop from Harrison. Sure, many bikes can sure seem an expensive luxury; complete pro fits an indulgence. Don't let others judge your inferior bike - or your high-end one. But, whatever bike you resonate with, the investment in a great fit should bear some truly nice dividends over its life. My experience is that this is a great bike shop of wide scope and depth for most any need from basic to the finesse wrenchings needed for a top cat rider.

I bought a pair of cycling shoes directly from a manufacturer and was looking for some insight about the fit. When I visited this store, I was told that I would have to pay to get any input. The exact words were "you bought those online, and I have those shoes in the store. Why should I do anything?" This is not the type of conduct that builds relationships and shows any interest in repeat business. I would never expect to be talked to this way by a business owner, much less one where I'd already spent $1400 on a set of carbon wheel in the past twelve months. And to be clear, I called previously and was told my size was NOT available in the store and would have to be ordered.

The even put on my new seat and adjusted the back rack to fit my pack and wouldn't take a dime. One of the treasures of the Boulder/Niwot/Longmont cycling scene. Dean has been making world class…read moreframes in a variety of geometries, configurations and designs for seemingly forever. Located in Gunbarrel in Boulder nestled between Niwot and Boulder this custom and production builder makes some the best bikes in the industry. Legendary for their work with Titanium you still see many Dean road and mountain bikes slogging miles twenty years after they were originally built (unlike the issues Lynskey seems to be having with so many cracking frames/tubes/stays recently). I've never owned a Moots but a friend shared a horror stories of people that ordered a custom Moots only to receive a bike that wasn't what was ordered custom. I've never once heard of such a such an issue with Dean. Plus DEAN is LOCAL (unlike Steamboat/Moots). I think we are very spoiled to have such amazing local frame builders in the area with Dean, Paketa, Nobillette, Zinn etc. Anyone interested in a custom touring, randonneur, 29er, 650b, or road bike should consider a Dean at the top of their "grail" bike list. They also make gorgeous custom Ti stems and seat posts, though I don't have either of those on my bikes. I'd strongly encourage local cyclists to ride a local craftsman fabricated Dean before considering a Taiwanese made "Italian" bike.
