Instead of trying to help, asking another team member, or even attempting to figure it out, she immediately told me to contact CAVA customer support. This was during a lunch rush while I was standing at the register trying to pay. It felt dismissive, like it just wasn't her problem. We stepped aside to figure it out, but the service in this location is really spotty, which made loading the app even harder. That seems like a big issue for a place that pushes app ordering and payment. To keep things moving, I placed an online order and showed the receipt so they wouldn't have to remake the food.
